  another problem with the new FDS doctrine

  the issue july 15th 2013 changes the understanding of the fds dramatically, and it was broiught out here and on other places this creates numerous problems.. here is another one:.

  jesus is supposed to be the head of the congregation.

  when something goes wrong, he is often portrayed as the one having control over his congregation and also that in time he will act, clean the congo and direct elders (being the stars in his hand).

  If the elders ("stars") are in Jesus hand but it is the GB who give direction to the elders, what does that make the GB?

  Anyone busted on apostate site. JCs how are they handled.

  i'm just wondering has any body ever been busted on an apostate site because someone was able to identify them because of something they wrote.

  why i ask this question is because how would this be explained at a jc.

  because the person who reported it to the jc was reading something that they shouldn't of.

  Hi Joe,
  I was being ironic - let me explain:

  The quoted para 8 is actually old light, not current dogma.
  The quoted para 10 is the typical WT description of an apostate, but really describes the food the GB has historially provided, then changed.
  The quoted para 13 is meant to describe apostates but actually fits the WT publications very well.

  I agree with your point - to catch a thief you become a thief sort of thing.

  I really hope no-one ever gets busted for this reason, but I bet it happens.

  What on earth happened to the magazines?

  for the first time in years today.

  to say that it took me five minutes to read the whole thing would be to flatter the rag.

  it doesn't even seem to contain actual articles any more, just headings and bullet points and pictures.

  Because of overlooking divine direction or treating it lightly, some might think our meetings should be shortened, assembly locations should not be so far away, and study material should always be simple, never including “solid food.” (Hebrews 5:12)... If that happened, could we honestly say that we were really “walking by faith, not by sight”?

  today i added a new article to my blog showing part of a never before publicized letter where the watchtower organization makes admission of how jehovahs witnesses actually responded to the 1990 change to its complete donation arrangement.

  Actually, one might think that those who live in extreme poverty might be in a position to receive financial help from the Society, not make their own situation worse.

  how many were baptized in all of 2012?.

  361,394 fewer attended the memorial last year (compared to the year before)

  So despite adding a quarter of a million converts, the memorial was attended by a third of a million fewer.

  last friday and saturday i saw the new manhattan project carts in a few places in london.. one, smack back in the middle of the street outside one of the busy central london train stations is asking for trouble!

  "we (my mother & father) will be in your city this weekend, please come and have supper with us".

  i was delaying my reply, thinking of what to say, when he phoned.

  I would be asking for hard evidence, like has your Dad read that for himself or is he just repeating a rumour?
