  And all the while these tight fisted, social inepts are stuffing their bags with breakfast food, emptying the ice maker, cooking food in their rooms, sneaking more people into each room etc, they are proudly displaying their lapel cards for all to identify them as "Jehovah's people".

  When a life-long financially challenged family have scraped the £100's together to stay at a convention, they have never known hotel etiquette yet retain the JW sense of entitlement. No wonder the KM has to write such ridiculous reminders every single year on how to behave.

  i believe that the best way to inoculate any friend or relative of yours from becoming more deeply involved in the watchtower is exposure to recordings of the judicial process.. that goes for those already in the watchtower---if you can get them to listen.. what in your opinion are the best available online?.

  i recommend several.

  Someday I'd like to see this comprehensive list of graduated offences, just to know what is the least worst and what is the very worst.
  I'd expect to see "thinking for yourself" near the top somewhere.

  they just put up the march km 2014 on the private website.

  most of it is same-old-same-old, with info here and there about the memorial.. somebody here might post the march km for all to see, i wont.. i just wanted to share the paragraph from page 2 q&a anticle: will you seize the opportunity?

  old wt libraries.

  my wife (in) disturbed to see i had the old libraries for years past on the computer.

  she asked me to delete them this i have done.. anything to maintain her peace.

  she spoke about not necessary they are updated etc.

  At what point do the teachings change from being food to being trash?

  Should you have a yearly purge to get rid of everything over ten years old?
  If so what does that mean for today's teachings, in ten years time?

  What about the books in the KHall library, should these be thrown away as well?

  Definition of "Active Publisher" depends on the context

  i don't know what the current definitive rule is that determines whether someone is viewed as an "active publisher" or not.

  i've seen comments suggesting that it is reporting a certain minimum number of hours per month which seems reasonable.. what is interesting is how they change the definition of what an active publisher is based on the context.

  normally, you are never doing enough, however much you are doing, and too little or some missed reporting will get you a talking to.. but note how they class 'active' in one of the latest body of elders letters:.
