zid, if you are for real id like to let you know this subject is no joke. first it involves a persons right to ingest anything... as long as you dont get all shamus100 on someones face. but do you realize that most cocain addicts only imbibe because it is out of the system in like 5 days? same with speed and pharmaceuticals... 3-5 days and you are clean. "drug tests" should be called "weed tests", that is all that can be traced after several days. i know ppl. on probation who get away with steroids and coke. flawed system

does anybody know the jw reasoning why using mind-altering depression and schizophrenia medication are okay but marijuana is not?

okay i could see saying not to use marijuana because it is currently illegal in the us but what if it were legal?

there are lots of health benefits for marijuana.

because MJ helps a person see thru superfluous B.S. like politics and religion. it makes a person say "what for". it is not that dopers are lazy, they just see thru the B.S. and say "id be just as usefull doing nothing". like rush said, "if you choose not to decide, you still have made a choice." control groups hate anything that makes the ppl. say screw it. govt. "wanna fight a war?" you, "screw it" religion, "wanna give us 10 %." you, "screw you". leaders of control groups hate that stuff.

if you mean the bible, yes. not that it is a bad collection of morality if read as such.

books in general, no. as long as they are credible or marked as fiction. reading is something only humans can do.

im gonna throw this out there. water would have never gone past the 3rd level. also i have had a tool shed survive 80+ mph wind. in their fortress, the worst they would have experienced was discomfort if the electricity went down. my knowlege consists of about 12 majors that we had hit directly or close enough to cause major problems. and yes we were even some of the lames stuck in traffic for 15-20 hrs running from rita... we evacuated in front of rita and i drove through her going back home. it took 3 hours. ike jacked us up tho. no power for like 2-1/2 weeks. triple digit temps. but the cold must be awful. having been there, my thoughts go out.

again the gb were completely safe thanks to jayhoober (and quality american engineering).

heard at dinner last night big corporations planning major layofffs/obama's healthcare.

lockheed (and many of the others) provide phenomenal health coverage already.

just when feeling optomistic and hopeful!.

here is the problem. people are reluctant to let go of money(except for the new i phone). along with rising costs of everything. the results are less general goods being sold= less goods produced=less transportation.....all the way down. take into account that the govt. has an agency to to shakedown every industry along the line and this is what the s%^t hitting the fan looks like, its just the beginning. even we are ready to sell out because of unreasonable govt. regs.

Why I Follow Conspiracy Theories

conspiracy theories have become a new hobby of mine - although that doesn't mean i put any great faith in any of them.

nevertheless, i see certain reasons for considering them.

1) because conspiracies are how the world is run, in fact.
