  For example, the religious organization has an interest in permanently maintaining data regarding an individual’s status as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses. Deleting such information would unduly infringe on the organization’s religious beliefs and practices.

  Really WT...REALLY? If you deleted information regarding MY status as JDubya exactly HOW would that infringe on YOUR beliefs and practices? Unless of course you want to make sure that someone DF'd is going to be actively shunned and you could not do THAT without maintaining a permanent record to trot that information out any time someone might say "Hello" to a DF'd person!

  So I guess Adam and Noah had to be the same generation as Adam's life overlapped Lamech and Jared, whose lives overlapped Noah's by centuries...not just a few years. Yep I got it. Clear as mud!

  ...Jackson at ARC - presumptuous to claiming GB to be the sole channel to the divine

  I like to see how words are used. As such there is a word that is usually left out of this quote. That word is "seem". Jackson said it may SEEM presumptuous to claim to be the sole channel. In that light what he said is completely different than what he meant. He never said it WAS presumptuous to make that claim. Just my 2¢ worth.

  we hear a story regarding the life of thomas and emma.

  she states that "when thomas and i first learnt that i was pregnant, we were both really shocked" she doesn't explain why they were both really shocked but it seems an odd reaction unless they were using the safest contraception invented or hadn't been told about the bird and the bees.two experiences that touched the heart of gb sanderson were as follows -.

  HQ now being short of cash...have had a light bulb moment and...are using product placement as the way forward for their desperate cult...

  To target their consumer with product placement most effectively I would suppose they would need to use cheap beer, fattening fast foods, and cleaning supplies?

  Memorial Attendance ???

  hi all, anybody any anecdotal or actual idea of how attendance numbers went this year ?.

  there are hints that it is well down, but is it ?

  and if it is, will the borg stop crowing about the attendance as they always have ?.

  For the fourth year in a row attendance was down where I went. Average drop per year has been 10. That is a forty person drop. Nothing there to brag about.

  The right to record your judicial committee meeting

  ok.. we have often heard secret recordings online of jc hearings.

  but, what i would like to know is if individuals are entitled to the right of officially recording their judicial hearings?.

  supposing i was to attend a judicial committee and i explained up front that i would like to record the proceedings and then place a dictaphone on the table.

  now that the talks for this summer's conventions are available online i read through them and they could have been written in the early 70's...same thing no changes.. talk #50 "future events will require courage - the final test" illustrates how jdubs have lost so many brain cells by studying the watchtower and going to meetings that they will not even think about the reasonableness of what the speaker will be saying....they will just be a crowd of bobbleheads.. the outline says "at the end of christ's thousand year reign, satan will be released "for a little while".

  After all of the work to be in a beautiful paradise, God has once again will have to destroy billions of people. Maybe this will be the last time.

  The key word being MAYBE. The flood didn't do it...Armageddon won't do it...why should we think the thousand year test (if there is one) will do it?
