norwegian jehovah's witnesses are in court this wednesday and thursday.

they are fighting the government's decision to remove their registration as a religious community.. .

Is it totally inconceivable, to a Jehovah’s Witnesses that is, - that anyone, absolutely
anyone, could ever be a
- happy, - morally upright, - well-adjusted, - honest-hearted, - caring,
- intelligent, - mentally healthy, - emotionally healthy, - hard working, - responsible,
- decent, - law abiding, - useful member of the human race,
unless, - unless, they are also a Jehovah’s Witness?
Is it also inconceivable to any or all Jehovah’s Witnesses that any moral decency or any desirable human trait exists outside of the organisation calling itself Jehovah’s Witnesses?
I could go on but further words fail me presently.

All I remember was freezing cold tents, and some trains used to stop behind the stands.

but if a mennonite gal is shunned by her parents and friends for converting to jwism, would this be seen as a loving provision or as evidence of persecution?

how about parents beating a daughter who converted to jehovah's witnesses?.

I am given to understand that pub was pretty much invaded by JWs most of the assembly weekends.
(I wouldn’t know, of course, being a good little JW)

I do not miss assemblies, not one bit, especially Norwich, and the three hour coach drive it took to get there.

Well, Smiddy,
MY husband (still PIMI), came back from a get-together last night and said the whole thing was a hoax!
Someone, supposedly ‘in the know’, said jwdotorg website had been hacked, would you believe?
Well l don’t think I believe it until they add his Ant’s name back on the list in the faq’s article ‘who is the governing body.’
We shall see, time will tell. By all accounts the monthly Broadcast for March is very interesting, but would have been prepared long before Tony’s removal, so may not be that relevant.
