i think the list is worth reviewing and adding to if possible.

What I can say is that late 19 century, beginning of 20th century it was a massive transformation in the whole world. Cultural, educational industrial revolutions. It was something that the humanity haven't experienced before. The gospel was preached in the whole world by different protestant denominations. We witnessed 2 world wars, a great depression, Spanish flu who affected mainly young healthy people and literally stopped the first world war. Whether all these coincidences with Jesus second coming and satan's end in heaven is up to everyone to decide.

I believe Jesus have chosen a faithful slave for a special purpose to announce his kingdom. I don't think there is an identifiable faithful slave today as the preaching was done and now we are at this point:And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many. And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold. But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved. There is parable in the bible where it said that the door will be shut. And also Jesus said But pray ye that your flight be not in the winter, neither on the sabbath day: for then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be. Matt 24:22-24

I believe that lately God permitted that evil slave to conduct a deceptive work when the true preaching was complete.

"Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God (replacing Jesus). Remember ye not, that, when I was yet with you, I told you these things? And now ye know what withholdeth that he might be revealed in his time. Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders, and with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: that they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness."

2 Thessalonians 2:3‭-‬6‭, ‬9‭-‬12

If we go by what the bible says the temple of God is where his church is: " Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you? If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which temple ye are." So the "man of sin" can only enter where Christ church is at the time of the end.

1 Corinthians 3:16‭-‬17

I believe the sabbath day coincidences with a period before the great tribulation when preaching activity will be stopped or hijacked by the man of sin. And the winter coincidences with the the start of the great tribulation. Throughout this period is still possible to flea but will be hard to find the right path. However, sincere people who want to practice pure worship by keeping themselves unspotted from the world and who do not receive the sign of the beast will be given an opportunity. God is faithful to his word and he will give every human being the opportunity to find him.

They do not represent the kingdom anymore. Although they still holding some basic truths they spoiled the pure worship. They did not stand by Jesus commandment "Render to Cæsar the things that are Cæsar's, and to God the things that are God's." I believe that all religions did the same thing.

Does the nation of Israel still represent God? Does the catholic church still represent God?

The Watchtower abandoned Jesus and have become part of the world.

But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction. And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of.

They have become state approved religion organisation and they can't practice pure worship as they are not unspotted from the world. They even receive state subsidies.

They praised the united nations for keeping peace in the world and were part of the organisation for a while.

The food they put on God's table ( their teachings) is not clean anymore.“ ‘A son honors his father, and a servant his master. Then if I am a father, where is My honor? And if I am a master, where is My respect?’ says the Lord of armies to you, the priests who despise My name! But you say, ‘How have we despised Your name?’ You are presenting defiled food upon My altar. But you say, ‘How have we defiled You?’ In that you say, ‘The table of the Lord is to be despised.’ And when you present a blind animal for sacrifice, is it not evil? Or when you present a lame or sick animal, is it not evil? So offer it to your governor! I said before. Nobody has to work for God in order to be saved. Salvation as God decided, comes through Jesus blood in the first place and through faith. Lucifer and Adam were perfect and were granted life as long as they were faithful to God and yet they rebelled.

I believe what the Bible teaches. Everyone that practice pure worship as Jesus showed us will live. I have chosen this path because I believe is true. Who will live and die is not for me to say, I leave that to God's decision. "Jesus saith unto her, Woman, believe me, the hour cometh, when ye shall neither in this mountain, nor yet at Jerusalem, worship the Father. Ye worship ye know not what: we know what we worship: for salvation is of the Jews. But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him. God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth."

Nobody works for Watchtower. Watchtower was just as publishing Corporation and faithful people used it for preaching the Gospel. Nowadays it seems that God permitted to fall into the evil slave hands . We are loyal to Jehovah and Christ only because we are :"looking only at Jesus, the originator and perfecter of the faith, who for the joy set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God" and also "For you have not come to a mountain that can be touched and to a blazing fire, and to darkness and gloom and whirlwind, But you have come to Mount Zion and to the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to myriads of angels, to the general assembly and church of the firstborn who are enrolled in heaven, and to God, the Judge of all, and to the spirits of the righteous made perfect, and to Jesus, the mediator of a new covenant, and to the sprinkled blood, which speaks better than the blood of Abel.

You identified correctly in your 4 points how our salvation comes. However, if anyone willingly submitting God's will he/she will receive "His name and the name of His Father written on their foreheads."Revelation 14:1, and become a minister of God. Paul mentioned that once you join God's kingdom under Christ you enter a fight against evil invisible forces. When anyone enter an organisation he /she is expected to serve that organisation accordingly.

Blessed is a man who perseveres under trial; for once he has been approved, he will receive the crown of life which the Lord has promised to those who love Him.James 1:12 NASB2020

There is a fine line here. If you pursue righteousness through your own works like the Jewish people did you will not attain it. Righteousness it's attained by faith, but once you have the faith you need to prove it by good works.

Even though we are saved by the four points you mentioned above, we also need to prove our faith through our works as well as witnessing to others. It has to come from within and doesn't have to be accounted for in front of other people, only before God.

And also we need knowledge in order to believe. And someone needs to pass on that knowledge.

for “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.” How then are they to call on Him in whom they have not believed? How are they to believe in Him whom they have not heard? And how are they to hear without a preacher? But how are they to preach unless they are sent? Just as it is written: “How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news of good things!” However, they did not all heed the good news; for Isaiah says, “Lord, who has believed our report?” So faith comes from hearing, and hearing by the word of Christ.
