Having a good laugh here. I can relate to alot of these. I'll add:
1. Movies on Television. I hate it when TV cuts off the end and starts running advertisements and squishes the credits off to one side. Especially when it was a moving story. It totaly ruins the mood.
2. Radio programming. Same stuff on every station, can't find the music I want when I want, nothing new unless it it follows the rules. Cookie cutter programming.
3. Clerks who don't listen. Ask for cream cheese and get butter. Ask for butter and get plain. Ask for no sugar and get both cream and suger.
4. Tailgaters. I'm traveling 10 to 15 miles per hour over the limit and they still get right up on my rear bumper as if to say I'm not going fast enough.
5. Slow drivers who go 45 in a 55, or 50 in a 65, and pile up cars as far back as the eyes can see because there's nowhere to safely pass.
6. People who assume that apostates hate Jehovah. How can I hate what does not exist?

Oh, and moving graphics in the field of text! I hate that!
