  they promised that the nwt revised would be available in so many languages by now, and they have failed miserably.. english stands alone.

  as a result, they are in damage control mode.

  The Forgotten Ones

  just curious...is anyone hearing the older/infirm ones speaking out to others on how they are being treated in the congregation?

  without giving anything away, i have spoken to so many older ones (some are sickly or can't drive in the evening or can't drive at all) who can't make it to all the meetings, assemblies, etc., that are complaining on how they are being treated by the more righteous ones in the hall.

  the ones i have spoken to make the comment that it seems to be the younger elders that have less empathy and concern for these ones.

  lts a sign of the times we live in.Whether or not your a jw l have noticed a deteriation in peoples demeanor.The oldies seem far more patient and giving and have morals and intestinal fortitude unlike the youngins of today.l think with many elders its a status thing.Most of em walk around with a carrot shoved up their bums havent you noticed the way they walk.

  My cat died suddenly!

  i did not realize that they were symptoms that something was wrong with my cat -but i did notice that my cat was breathing a little differently for a period of about a few days.

  i also noticed prior and after to that, that on occasion, my cat would cry at the litter box, but that was a very seldom event.. anyway, about a week ago i noticed the symptom that my very loved cat was breathing heavy.

  so i called a taxi and i was going to rush him to emergency room for cats.

  i lost my pet rabbit a few weeks ago very sad.l bought the rabbit about 2 months ago she was 12 months old mini lop and l didnt know she was pregnant she wasnt well had a bad cough took her to vet for course of antibiotics didnt help vet didnt notice she was pregnant,l was out riding my bike my wife called me in of street and said rabbit had just dropped a baby bunny on her play bed.l was in shock.So picked her up took her into her cage where she desperatly ran around making a nest from hay in the mean time she was still giving birth so l helped her make a nest.Then for no apparent reason she lurched ,jumped at high speed directly into water bottle.l immediatly picked her up took her back to play bed and noticed her head tilted on an angle.Put her down and she jumped out of bed onto wooden floor and dropped dead.l was left heart broken.

  Is a piano inevitable?

  i was at a concert last night and the presence and stature of the piano struck me.

  and i thought: if the piano wasn't invented when it was, would it have been invented by someone else instead?

  or if there was a world the same as our, except with a different history, would it have pianos now too or would it be modern world, similar in many respects, only without pianos?

  l guess its the same with would an organ be inevitable.Modern organs are very popular with musicians as they can replicate so many different sounds including the piano.lt had to happen.A bit like evolution l guess if one believes in evolution.

  Pray for death of Apostates

  i'm new here, so please forgive me if i'm getting this all wrong.. i read on one of the web pages that the society has written "we should pray for the death of apostates".

  i think this was a 2000 watchtower, but to be honest i was so shocked at reading it that i forgot to make a note.. .

  can anybody enlighten me please??

  Overlapping Generation

  the september 2015 broadcast had david splane explain matthew 24:34 “truly, i say to you, this generation will not pass away until all these things take place”.

  his explanation of this scripture was by means of a chart to indicate an overlapping generation.. .

  no scripture was used to show the overlapping generation concept, and as a result it makes no sense.. to illustrate how crazy this concept is, look at the lyrics of the song my generation.. my generation.

  The governing body has been in damage control for decades now with regards to 1914.And the best they can come up with is overlapping generations.lt has become blatantly obvious and very transparent to observers that they are grasping at straws hoping that the gullible ones will swallow the pill and be satisfied with the explanation.lts time the gb man up and confess they got it wrong again.But no pigheadedness (pride) rules the day.Everyone already knows they got it wrong.Are they that stupid???

  however, it's still significant because it shows that the organization still has dissenting brothers in positions of leadership.. my thanks to the leaker.

  Something isnt quite right.

  l was wondering if others get the feeling that the world we live in seems not quite right.l can not pin point anything specific but since childhood days l often get the feeling something isn;t correct.you know the feeling of deja vu.

  am l the only one to feel this way?ld love to hear from others and any storys they may have.having been raised in the jdubs maybe lm just suffering mild bouts of paranoia .

  Hi nathan., l am being serious however its not health related nor am l anymore depressed than anyone else living in this sad and sorry world.Actually l feel ashamed to be a human when you consider the atrocities mankind commits against each other daily.l saw a video the other day of a father holding his baby blown in half by a bomb one piece in each hand and l cried.How sick this world really is.it really hit home how demented people have become.l guess its always been this way after satans deception.lt just seems to me that we live in an artificial,superficial world waiting for something to happen.Just my thoughts.
