  panorama was congratulated in the house of commons on its showing of suffer the little children.

  Interesting play with words here, so when the abusee is df'd (for not staying silent) they are not within the congregation and the org does'nt have to do anything about it ?

  And if the abusee is in, then the org rules apply.

  well, i put up a valiant struggle, but katie finally dragged me onto the plane on our way to las vegas for our wedding.. .

  we got to our hotel (the flamingo), and as we walked into our room we saw the message light flashing on the phone.

  I did contact all of the MP's listed ( who had email addys) with a short thank you note as below,

  Thank you for supporting EDM 1624. I see that the motion has fallen due to the end of the session, I hope you will support the EDM again in the next session, as I am sure Mrs.Clark will put the motion down again. I realise that I am not a member of your constituancy, but Child Abuse is a problem that should be addressed by everyone is it not ?

  Although I am not in any of the constituancys, no politition is going to ignore the thanks of the public.

  If we show them that we have an interest, then it is highly likely that they will take note.

  on january 1st, after a week of no sleep, working through xmas and its stress and months of marital super-stress i walked into my room and gave up.

  To All (My Dad died 12/21)Now Mom had a stroke

  i haven't been 'on' as my dad died 12/21 suddenly, before that i was about to do the 'lawsuit thing' to see my granddaughter, then 2 days ago my mother was rushed to the hospital and has had a mild stroke...i am totally out of it...but i do have 'good news'.. i'm going to see my granddaughter!!!!!

  turns out, thru all of what's happened lately, i found out that my jw sister lied to my daughter 2 years ago, and she wasn't shunning me, she was upset about the fact my sister lied to her (causing this!

  ) it always 'comes back' as they say..karma, reaping what you sow, etc., ...thanks to all of you kind people..i can't wait to get back on and read the posts...you're doing a great service, to all like and unlike me!

  i have been reading a lot of threads/posts where people are trying to fade quietly, and are being ' picked off ' one at a time by the new policy of contacting ' inactive ones '.. my thoughts on this are, why wait to be 'picked off' ?.

  if the wt is going to df/da people anyway, why not a mass da by all sending in letters at the same time ?.

  the wt is using a tactic of attrition, keeping people isolated from the flock and dealing with them one at a time, this looks good in the stats.

  Why not ' Storm the Baracades ' and give them a mass exodus to deal with ? They are going to 'get you out' anyway.
