So I am sure if you are at Bethel and have the flu you just get time or what ever to recover, but what about serious sickness. Say you get cancer or some possible terminal illness? What happens?

Ex JW of 30 years , still messed up from it
by Doubledecker inhi , this is my first post .. i left jws 30 years ago as 18 year old unbaptised youth and after the initial fallout from leaving pretty much put the whole thing in a box and buried it .. however , i am now starting to realise how much the doomsday messages and the ‘them and us’ doctrines that’s fed to you from birth has remained in my core beliefs.. how have others managed to reprogram themselves ?.

I think its a hit and miss thing. So many idiots will post what their poop they just took was like or the dinner plate they are about to eat. Some will keep in touch with family and friends, and others will use it for an audience of people they don't even know to try to be a so called internet influence. Personally I think its a lot more BS then good.

they were kept in cages "to fatten them up," then killed and cooked.
i do not recall any specific sicknesses that may have swept that village.. other wild creatures were also eaten.

give them all sides of the issue. Do not push them to one or the other. Otherwise you do what the dubbers have done to millions. Be honest and tell them there is no evidence for a god or that any god exists. If you believe tell them that you believe based on faith or believing without any evidence. Why Does So Much Intellectual Innovation in the US Tend to Come from the East or West Coasts ???
by RubaDub inthere are many good universities in the central part of the us but why do so many innovative things, i.e.
silicon valley, seem to happen on one side of the country or the other (california, new york, massachusetts to name a few)?
even what is considered the most high tech area in the center of the country, austin texas, is a huge liberal bastion.
