  Do You Think Trump Is Done?

  certain forces appear to be trying to make sure donald trump never runs for president again.

  some republicans are clearly abandoning trump and of course the democratic press has been saying trump is done!

  is trump’s goose cooked?

  C T Russell and His Numerology.

  i came across this older wt which i assume c t russell wrote the article.

  unlike modern practitioners of numerology who calculate a value for each letter of the alphabet, russell simply adds up the number of letters in each word to arrive at [horror of horrors] 666.. and he lists there on the page each one of the organisations that must accordingly be part of the great harlot with 18 letters [in english] in their titles, because 18 is clearly 6+6+6 or 666!

  strangely he hasn't stopped to think about another possibility for an 18 letter title.

  Russell was indeed a speculative theorist who grabbed mostly other people's ideologies and concepts, Pyramidology being one.

  Christ's return was seen by himself and others at the time something to preach and sell through literature publishing.

  I still find it surprising that those men actually thought the great pyramid of Giza was the stated monument god left for mankind, in light of the real ancient Egyptian religious use and practice ?

  Nevertheless selling Jesus's return and the great day of Armageddon was sold and preached all throughout the 20th century by the WTS and it still does by the WTS/JWS organization to this day.

  The truth to this date setting by the WTS (1874, 1914, 1975 etc.) was that it was an act of unscriptural apostasy against Jesus's own instructions for preaching his new Kingdom order.

  Looking Back Were There Any “Apostates” In Your Congregation?

  i remember knowing some jws that expressed their own personal viewpoints regarding what a scripture meant that was at odds with society teachings.

  in the 60 and 70’s, that was pretty much tolerated until the great purge in 1979 and 1980. as a matter of fact, it wasn’t unusual for witnesses to get together and discuss personal questions and viewpoints they might have.

  it wasn’t unusual to send letters to the society asking what was considered the right or wrong view.

  Around that time I myself became a non vocal apostate brought on no doubt by 1975, I stop going out in service and giving talks about that time.

  By mid 1980's I was completely faded away from the organization.

  Not DFed for being openly apostate mind you.

  Someone who was once an elder who worked at Bethel inspired my suspicion that something was not right with what the Watchtower was doing as far as the preaching and teaching doctrines, such as 1975.

  After 1980 , many Witnesses were more secretive and discreet about questioning Watchtower rules and understanding.

  I would have to agree with that Minimus
  

  There appears to be a purge of weak thinking apostates by the GB heads around that time.

  More enforcement to distance oneself from DFed ones as well.

  This could have come about or caused by the disappointment of 1975 effecting Bethel and throughout the organization when there was an abrupt drop in active participating members.

  People were starting to ask questions or critique doctrines such as 1975.

  The GB heads were pressed to take action, which resulted in more DFing for apostasy.

  The delusions of power by these men were created by the lies, ignorance and self empowerment of the past leaders of the Watchtower Corporation..

  They say they are god's selectively chosen men governing over all of earths inhabitants.
  

  Expect to see a lot of video presentation of violence toward mankind once the new video production facility is finished up and running.

  The lack of education hurts humanity in many diverse ways.

  Do old time present day active JW`s genuinely believe in overlapping generations ?

  for the life of me i can not come to terms with old timers in the "truth" who could swallow this interpretation of scripture about an overlapping generation .. when jesus spoke about "this generation" .

  are their any real bible students among younger ones any more ?.

  here are 3 bible scriptures that confirm a generation is approximately 40- 50 years long give or take a few years .. 1. matt:1 :17 abraham born 2016-18 bc jesus born 2 bc approx.

  The overlapping generation doctrine was also a means to validate the men who are now the JWS GB anointed, in practice retaining their most high righteous and powerful position within the organization.

  So then the anointed woman get converted to men when they reach heaven. ?

  The bible says that the 144,000 are to by virginal men, so why didn't the WTS say that and make that part of their doctrine describing the anointed ones ?

  You really cant trust the men who run the WTS.

  Dispelling fear to the ignorant and gullible controlled members is what the WTS does and really has been doing for over 100 years, at the end it keeps people sustained to their control and exploitation.

  Ignorance and fear are powerful tools to manipulate and control people.
