  Why are Real Estate prices so high, and why can’t folks pay their rent? Any ideas?

  Mostly related to the high cost of real estate, drugs and unemployment.

  The imbalance of rich to poor has risen over the years in the US, social support structures have weaken or fallen back as well .

  In just about every large city in the US or Canada, that's where you find the most homeless which has come about because of high real estate values pushing rental accommodations higher than the poor can afford.

  dr. leanna wen is currently spreading the fallacy that unvaccinated persons should have vaccines mandated because they are like drunk drivers… they have the right to be drunk at home she says, but wanting to be part of society at large without being vaccinated is like driving drunk and putting others at risk.

  besides ignoring the science proving that persons who have had sars cov-2 have natural immunity that equals or exceeds anything that could be imparted from the mrna shot, without the side effects or need for boosters, ( sorry big pharma, you’ll be losing $$$ ) this illustration just smacks of illogical reasoning.

  it reminds me of the borg comparing getting baptized to getting your driver’s license.

  "A fully vaccinated individual is much, much, much less likely to be represented in health care, is much less likely to be represented as a fatality, or an ICU," said Dr. Zain Chagla, an infectious disease specialist at St. Joseph's Healthcare Hamilton.

  Chagla said his COVID-19 patients in the last month were all unvaccinated.

  A report from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control made public last week caused some confusion after it reported that vaccinated individuals with COVID-19 appeared just as likely to spread COVID-19 as those with no vaccine protection.

  Chagla said, however, it's still not clear how transmissible the virus found in vaccinated individuals is, and some studies show vaccines help clear the infection faster and therefore the contagious period is much shorter.

  The fact we can hold to right now is that vaccinations are only useful to lessen symptoms if you do get Covid.

  If and when the social restrictions are completely removed and serious cases goes down remarkably, then they have proven themselves to be effective and purposeful.

  how could he be, regardless of how god impregnated mary, as she was a sinful human just like the rest of us according to the bible.. mary was subjected to the adamic sin like all other humans, so jesus had to at least be part sinner himself.. to believe otherwise is just deluding oneself imho .. the only way jesus could have been really without sin is if god created him the same way he created adam.. what do you think ?

  The Jews say Jesus was just a Rabi who taught about the Messiah but followers turned him into the Messiah and stories started to be developed from them.
  

  In ancient Jewish mythology the Messiah was to come to earth as a god and not a man.

  Say I just saw a news broadcast that said that Florida is having more infections now than any time since the virus outbreak and that people that are being admitted into their ICUs are all unvacinated.
