Sounds like the jdubs, sepreating themselves from the "world". why dont they jsut be like the amish and live in their own confined community?

MySpace is dying...
by Shaolu inlately i've noticed more and more jw groups on myspace seem to be disappearing and losing members.
at first i egotistically thought might have something to do with my efforts (i sometimes suffer from delusions of grandeur).
however, a couple posts came to my attention on two of the private jw groups.... .

How many JWs do you know do the turkey-thing (Thanksgiving) each year?
by cyberguy inits amazing how jws operate.
when i was an active jw in florida (usa), many jw families had a turkey dinner with friends and family on thanksgiving day!
in fact, a number of elders participated in these family get-togethers, they just happened to have a turkey dinner on the same day as the thanksgiving holiday (usa).

I'm too busy to think about it all really, not to mention wasting enough time on this crap with the JWs. Like Bod said, I try and be a good person and live by the Golden Rule and just go from there enjoying life's beauties, like Bod'a avatar picture.

Do you have any phobias?
by greendawn indo you have any phobias jw related or not?
i personally don't have much except having to go through very narrow spaces where i can barely fit in that freaks me out and i also fear very hot weather like over 38 degrees celsius as if it will give me a heat stroke.

Public speaking unless it's on a subject that I'm an expert on.
hmm spiders never bothered me. I realized I might be somewhat unusual when someone said there was a big spider and I went and smashed it with my hand. LOL everyone looked at me with this "WTF" look on their faces! LOL I guess I better hold off on posting a picture of me holding a tarantula... lol
