I've never seen or experienced anything demonic, but I still can't work out what moves a ouja board.

Last Memorial Experiences
by NoviceLocs14 ini'll share mine first.... i had never missed a memorial for at least a quarter of a century of my life.
i was kind of raised to believe that missing the memorial was a sin in itself.. by 2013 memorial season, i was missing most of my meetings (even though i was still technically part of my foreign language congregation), and i had just come off the pioneer list.
i still made plans to attend the memorial (god forbid if i missed that lol).. i knew that typically our memorials were around 9 pm, since we usually got last priority (being a foreign language hall and all).

I must state I think Pale has the zeal of a high priest to take the emblems, I would like to do it but I haven't put a suit on since leaving, but I do like full moons. I don't even like reading 3 min of WT bullshit so 1 hour of torturous story telling would do me in.
But I do love watching the YouTubes of people taking emblems, I reckon the best approach is to go to cong where no one knows you, then play the rockstar elder from the other end of country spin a story that would make big Tony proud.

Should Youths Get Baptized?
by NikL infound this little gem of an article in the june 15, 2011 wt.... should youths get baptized?“i am so happy that my daughter is now a servant of jehovah, and i know that she is happy too,” said carlos, a christian father in the philippines.
a father from greece wrote: “my wife and i are delighted that our three children were baptized as jehovah’s witnesses during their adolescence.
they are making spiritual progress and are happy about serving jehovah.”christian parents have reason to be overjoyed when their children get baptized, but sometimes the joy is accompanied by uneasiness.

It's a crime against humanity to place baptised children with the choice of church or family. A requirement for baptism should be to spend three months on here .

Anyone read the latest Awake (on the supernatural)?
by LoveUniHateExams injust read some of this latest awake on the org's webshite.. it begins by talking about the 'supernatural' - wizards, witches, vampires, etc.
- their popularity and why they might appeal to people.
then it goes on to state the wt belief that someone is 'behind it'.. now, i like a few horror/scary films - when i was a kid, i always actually liked being a bit scared by them, tbh.. the silence of the lambs, a nightmare on elm street (1984), the ring, the witch, the thing (1982) and a few others are all great, imo.. they are just genres and subgenres of film, that's all.

The problem with asking has any read the Awake is that you have to consume your time with indoctrination propaganda, all these supernatural stories are the same magic tricks for centuries, the public love theatrics and boy won't the GB supply wonderful bedtime stories.

Will The Internet Immune The World From The Watchtower Virus/Meme?
by Brokeback Watchtower ina hot internet topics: creation or evolution, and many other related discussions, the amount of ridicule the watchtower receives over the internet far out surpasses any passing of possitive internet data to the world's unfettered view.
you need a good internet presents it is vital for the cult to survive, and the internet simply won't allow this cult to prosper, but rather is sending it into ridicule filled bankruptcy, as public gets immune from the wt(virus) fairy tale about them being the only ones to survive god's righteous indignation and repopulate the earth with more drones like members.
they are stopping all construction and are selling kingdom hall, and dissolving congregations nobody is getting baptized because the public is just too informed to believe their bull shit.

Brokeback l agree the internet is going to halt any increase, the internet is dragging people out of the org and some are really angry at being duped by WT. The GB thinks it's great doing their selfies for the sheepies on Jw tv . The same technology that beams the bullshit to the Congs is the one that apostates upload the real story to the questioning publishers. They can't hide from their history of print and o boy didn't they print , a new book and brochure every year for decades.

Can JWs vote?
by NikL ini finally found the questions from readers i was looking for.. from nov 1, 1999 wt .
it says.... questions from readershow do jehovah’s witnesses view voting?there are clear principles set out in the bible that enable servants of god to take a proper view of this matter.
however, there appears to be no principle against the practice of voting itself.

In JW land only the men can vote , elders vote MS into positions , elders vote for appointment and deletion of elders , the GB vote each resolution needing a 66% pass. They ask publishers to vote for resolution for more money , they just can't vote for a pagan who will give them subsidised health , fix roads ,education or any other thing that they can winge about.
