It would make sense, I haven't been around the congregation in awhile but from what it sounds like something could possibly be going on. when I heard they got new bibles I knew something was weird.. the people inside are so brain washed even if someone came forward with something truth would anyone believe them? We live in the 21st centry. Besides actually going door to door, just give them a card them tells them to go to a website. You save tons on printing literature...

by Magnum ini believe the gb's takeover of the fds was an illegal coup - not illegal relative to the laws of land, but illegal according to jw "laws" or doctrine.. according to jw doctrine, the fds is god's channel of communication between heaven and earth.
before the coup, the fds was defined to be all the anointed on earth, and the gb was part of that group and merely the spokesman for the group - individual gb members having no more authority than non-gb members of the fds.. however, a few years ago, the gb, independently of the other members of the fds, decided that it alone was the fds.
that, to me, was an illegal overthrow of the body (fds); it was a coup.. suppose the u.s. president decided that he has all power, and that he removed the powers of the u.s. congress.

I try not to be all conspiracy theoriest but there're most likely things going on bigger than you and I. I'm not talking Chem trails or flat earth stuff.. But mass population control (abortions) and nukes at the press of a button. Our world isn't looking like the best place right now. Abortion is a womens choice, the subject is tricky but ultimately women's choices. So you understand I don't have any WTS view on that. But abortion is a form of population control..

Family events(when you actually get invited)
by Jayk init's hard for me to go to any event with witness family i havent seen in a long time..i have a pretty personal story that i don't care to share but since the incident, my mom's family stopped talking to me..when i go to family events everything feels fake.
i feel like i did something wrong and i'm around people who i'm not good enough to be around.
i went over five years recently not talking to my family (brothers/mom)after my divorce.

Once I had a state champinship season for a sport I went entirely undefeated. won't say the exact sport but let's just my mom didn't realise how rough it was but neither did I till I made the team. She was disfellowshiped at the time for my state champinship game. So only her and 1 of my uncles who is married to my dads sister but was still a witness showed up. But for that whole season no one showed up to any of my games. I dont think it was a blatant stance but no one really cared to go..

It's hard for me to go to any event with witness family I havent seen in a long time..I have a pretty personal story that I don't care to share but since the incident, my mom's family stopped talking to me..when I go to family events everything feels fake. I feel like I did something wrong and I'm around people who I'm not good enough to be around. I went over five years recently not talking to my family (brothers/mom)after my divorce. The first time I saw my two older brothers was at our grandparents anniversary a little over a year ago. I decided to sit across to my oldest brother and his new wife. In the 5 years of us not talking after my divorce. He got married and I got invited to the wedding but I chose not to go..we talked a little bit that night, it was cool. But you would think after 5 years you would have more to talk about.. the words of my ex wife when I ran into her at a bar after not speaking to her for 6 years (I stopped counting after 5) me:"hey what's up" her:"hey what's up?? After 6 fucking years that's all I get is a hey what's up?? I fucking loved you!!!)the divorce was her wanting. She wasn't a witness ever but that didn't matter..to me. But I told her, "I haven't talked to my family in that same amount of time" strange enough my ex wife and I can make up and legit just be friends but I can't seem to make things work with my family.. things actually have been getting better with my brothers and I in the past years. It's clear we didn't have normal childhoods. My oldest brothers who is still a witness understands that now but smart enough to know there isn't anything we can do about it now. Let's try and move on.. -

Lisa I refer to it as the truth but I don't think it is and I really have no intenation of going back..some people call it the WTS, I call it JW, the truth, witnesses what ever you where raised to calling it.. I haven't gone to a meeting in over 10 years not even a memorial.

"Armageddon is already here"; "the preaching work is done" -- rogue teachings in your congregation?
by FatFreek 2005 inone of my jw sons seems to be putting pressure on his non-jw brother apparently to scare him into accepting the troof and start coming to meetings.
wild statements like our topic title, which i know are not supported at jw dot org, have been made to my non-jw son several times over the past year or so.
while i haven't been privy to the actual phone conversations i tend to believe that the jw son is being pressured by the local elders to cut ties with the non-jw since their conversations seem to degrade into arguments -- therefore tending to weaken the jws faith in wt teachings.. either my jw son is lying about what i would call rogue teachings (and this would disappoint me greatly) or he is in some close knit clique in his congregation which has secretly chosen to go rogue on certain wt issues.. based on many of the recent posts here about drastic money and wt organization problems this could be a sign of pending splits of certain congregation members.. what do you think?

I don't know where to begin with this one. Im slowly starting to see a trend in religion/secret societys. I have a family member who makes very good money and is looking to be in pretty high standings in the congregation at some point(he went to school). I would be very interested to see what would happen if like some religions (Scientology) the WTS is a scheme to fund a secret society. Scientology doesn't fund a secret society but clearly is a cult. -

See I feel alot of the climate chage people like "bill nye" are full of it playing off people's stupidity he is in bed with the globalists his Netflix show was a sign of that. Once again another type of Armageddon if you will..i dont know if climate change is real or not like I don't know if over population or food shortages are real besides what the media tells me not the WTS

Id imagine getting to over populated and a food shortage happens. Not really Armageddon, over population isn't a issue yet but food shortage is. What do you think is the origin of Giants and/or Sasquatch?
by The Real Edward Gentry ingenesis says a lot about both pre-flood and post-flood giants.the really big nasty ones drowned in the flood but there were lots of others the israelites had to overcome including the king of basham with his 11 foot iron bed.people nowadays are much smaller and i think its due in part to us losing more and more of adams perfection.
i turn my attention to the animals that went onboard the ark but are as yet undiscovered.
during president knorr's time the panda bear was discovered in a market place in china and eventually an american team tracked them down in the wild.

My "theory" on homosapians is that at one time on planet earth there was probably more then just us..we outlived them somehow, most likely we where more intelligent(taming dogs, horses, making weapon, ect..) regarding mr bigfoot. If there is 1 alive he must have had 2 parents, and unless they're inbred his 2 parents would have parents. So on and so forth..all countries have legends of chimeras(half human half animal). Some people are freaking out because technology is getting close to being able to possible do that, (creating super soldiers)...we are on the verge of doing the first human head transplant keep in mind.
