  i have an oppertuinity to try ttatt on an elders wife who is a pioneer who showed up today.

  she is willing to meet me one on one to discuss how pedofiles are protected, the blood issue, the flip flpos, how they teach theocratical warfare and hate.

  i agreed to only use watchtower and awake publications.

  ...since it evidently was not confirmed in advance that the agm was going to be exclusively about releasing the rnwt.. i mean, we all kinda sorta expected it, but no one had a "smoking gun", as it were, officially confirming it.. in contrast, there was the leak, posted on this forum, of the july 15 2013 watchtower, a week or 2 before its official posting on jw.org.. .

  i'm sure the rnwt was a well-guarded secret - on the other hand, there has been a rnwt translation committee in existence for 5+ years.

  absolutely no one in the "apostate community" even hinted at this committee's existence.

  As a non jw I'd have quite a few questions for the next jw I met if I read something like, "just wait until all non jws realize they worship the harlot of Babylon with THIS version! Maybe those who attend churches will finally realize they're being led by Satan and join the only true religion! "

  i figured the hawks win had had enough time so i ask those who are inclined to pray on behalf of others to consider this ;-.

  hard working tradie has young relative in 4 car pile up.

  the young man was asleep in the back when the car and then others got tangled on a highway into horses that had got out.

  it is like they don't even have a regard to being serious anymore, which makes me sick.

  how am i supposed to focus on what you're really trying to say if all most everything you do say is feignly amusing.

  The real reason for the push to get children baptized.......

  i think the real reason is that many when they are in their teens and able to start thinking for themselves end up leaving by the time they get out of home, never baptized, and still continuing assocation with their family.

  the wt doesn't like this loophole, so they are hoping to get them baptised before their teen years so that if they wake up and decide to leave, they will be dfed.

  hoping to keep them trapped and be trapped before they understand the religion.

  I was thinking the same thing.

  It seems that the internal mental and emotional hell even before leaving is exacerbated if baptized. That would keep many FROM leaving. Once gone, add that loving condition called shunning and the WTS has created a mental and emotional - internal and external torture chamber.
