To the French knight-Many thanks for your thoughtful advice and understanding. I am afraid however I have been betrayed by the not so sweet
Prince William.It has come to my attention that in
a distant kingdom, there was also another "lady(sucker)-in-waiting." Methinks I have been used and my emotions toyed with in the cruelest possible manner. I have not given up on love. I am
just in need of a break from the knaves and twits
that inhabit my Kingdom(Hall).

Who is the "Alpha and Omega" and the First and Last"-Jesus or Jehovah?

Revelation 1:8, "I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almightly." This must mean Jehovah.

Revelation 22:13 "I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last." The Alpha and Omega is the First and Last, so the Alpha and Omega must also be Jehovah.

Revelation 1:10-11, "I was in the Spirit on the Lord's day, and heard behind me a great voice, as of a trumpet, Saying, I am Alpha and Omega, the first and the last:"

Revelaton 1:12-13, "And I turned to see the voice that spake with me. And being turned, I saw seven golden candlesticks; And in the midst of the seven
candlesticks one like unto the Son of man,"

Revelation 1:17-18 "And when I saw him, I fell at his feet as dead. And he laid his right hand upon
me, saying unto me, Fear not; I am the first and the last: I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of heaven and of death." The Alpha and Omega is the First and Last, and the one calling Himself these things was "one like unto the Son of
man"-but was it the Son of man?

"I am He that liveth, and was dead..."-Was Jehovah
ever dead? Was it not the Son who lived, then died, then rose again? Therefore, both Jehovah and
Jesus are called the First and Last, and the Alpha
and Omega.

Isaiah 9:6, "For unto us a child is born, unto us
a child is given; and the government shall be upon
his shoulder; and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace." Jesus is called "the mighty God."

Isaiah 10:21 "The remnant shall return, even the remnant of Jacob, unto the mighty God." Jehovah is
called "the mighty God."
Isaiah 44:6, "Thus saith the LORD the King of Israel, and his redeemer the LORD of hosts; I am the first, and I am the last; and beside me there is no God." There is only ONE God, known as the First and Last.

Conclusion:
Either Isaiah got it wrong, and Jesus made a false
claim or Jehovah and Jesus, unitedly are that one
God-the Alpha and Omega, the First and Last.

#1 unclipped hair protuding out of your nose and ears.. #2 showing up at the restaurant without reservations.. #3 using her money to buy a gift.. #4 asking her daughter out if it doesn't work out.. #5 watching the football game while she says:"we have to talk!".

#6 being a couch potato on your days off.. #7 never, never say she's fat even if she is.

spec., Allow me to explain: I met a man for lunch
the other day and not once but three times mistakenly called him William[previous boyfriend].
I hate when that happens, and so do most men. I feel it is the ultimate insult. Thoughtless and unfortunate. :(

this is my one and only attempt at free style (no rhyme) tell me what you think.... my love seeketh her in the wind and trees and the valleys and mountains... through waist deep streams of crystal waters dashing upon smooth pebble i search for thee.

oh but to hold thee and to feel thy warm embrace... .

for the fires of the sun would be naught to compare with thy love... thy embrace.... the flames of love thrash about like a thousand tempests in an ocean of fire.... into the cool blue skies they thrust upwards, reaching, searching to consume.

What should I do?

i have pioneered for over four years.

i have three children and a wife who at times has severe back problems.

i have worked two jobs just to stay ahead of the bills and provide for my family.

SC, This is wonderful news! I was hoping you'd arrive at this decision after much prayful consideration. The best gift you could ever give your family is yourself. No more guilt-just joy!!

Endless Night

when i'm in a melancholy mood i almost always think of an old shanty (perhaps because i grew up in one) nestled on the side of a mountain (perhaps because i love the mountains so) with tall green pines jutting straight up to the sky.

i think of slow, drizzling rain tapping out a melody on a tin roof while a cold wind sways the green pines.

i was in one of those moods when i wrote 'endless night'.

waiting, I do have a life. In fact, very close to the one you suggested I get. I've never been one to blow my own horn if you know what I mean. I never felt it necessary to discuss these activities on a public forum. Yes, and every child
I work with I want to take home with me. This
part of my life gives me great pleasure. The
spiritual side is a different story all together.

I think it's great what you did for your Aunt for the sense of normalcy she brought to your childhood. :) You're good people, waiting.

Whoa! There must be demons in the machine. I wasn't even finished writing my post when-the your
message has been posted appeared on the screen. :(
What I was saying was: I have long ago abandoned all hope that anything will EVER change concerning
transfusions. If they are not going to publish anything then it's same s**t, different day.
