  i am compiling info of how people are treated within the wts.

  i just read the post about a person being counseled for having baby shower games.

  here's a question for all you who have been studying evoluition much longer than me.

  i have read in a few places that man has all but stopped evolving.

  is this what is really being taught by science and why?

  Why do you think evolution isn't universal - ie it picks some specias and grows legs on them and yanks them up out of the water in a matter of a few million years but others just don't quite get it

  Perhaps Darwin should have come upon his idea of Natural Selection by putting stones in his tophat and then putting his face into the hat and having his wife transcribe it. Then you would see it as a revelation from God.

  KM article -tip minimum 15%

  we got a command at the service meeting tonight - the km article on the summer district conventions said if we are dining out we really should tip 15-20% minmum -this was repeated twice = good to know the witnesses are getting less tight

  Uh-uh. I don't tip. I don't believe in it. I don't tip because society says I gotta. I tip when somebody deserves a tip. When somebody really puts forth an effort, they deserve a little something extra. But this tipping automatically, that shit's for the birds. As faras I'm concerned, they're just doin their job

  Well, if you return to the same restaurant I hope you enjoy the flavor of spit and kitchen floor grease. If you are known as a no tipper I guarantee you're eating it.

  Future Phobia?

  Yeah I have a futurephobia, it's my semi-obsession with Peak-oil, that's the point where the oil productionrate reaches it's all time peak and then starts declining, sparking an economic depression in the 2010's, rivaling the depression of the 1930's. It looks like this "peak-oil" will hit before 2010 and some say the actual peak might actually be in 2005 or 2006.

  Perhaps that's the real reason behind the 'War on Terror". We're not gonna be the beggars this time in case of an oil crisis.
