  a federal judge in california has issued an injunction barring enforcement of "don't ask, don't tell," the federal law banning service by open homosexuals in the armed forces.. u.s. district judge virginia phillips of riverside, calif., who on sept. 9 found that the law was unconstitutional, granted the global injunction on tuesday.

  she wrote that without the injunction, "there is no adequate remedy at law to prevent the continued violation of servicemembers' rights or to compensate them for violation of their rights.".

  lol, apparently so. The level of stupid it takes to believe the following is mind boggling:

  Frame 313 shows the moment of impact with 4 bullet sized white flashes lined in a row and point from JFK's head to the possible location of the shooter. A bullet rotates very quickly and may create a flash on film as it rotates in Sunlight.

  i find it interesting that a christian on fb linked to this story, claiming the gunman shot at him at "point blank" range.

  a quick review of the video shows the gunman to be, idk, 8 or so feet away.

  I feel sure evidence will show that the bullet hit the wall at the same velocity as any other bullet untouched by god.

  There is a very good chance the shooter wanted to scare, not kill.

  a few of my friends who also used to be jw's, say they miss certain things abt it...i can honestly say that i don't miss a single thing (my sister obviously who's still in but nothing else).. before i could sometimes miss having such a strong belief but that's also gone.

  i guess i've moved on big time.

  the duchess of cornwall was physically attacked through an open car window as thugs rampaged in london, the standard can reveal today.. a rioter managed to push a stick into the royal limousine and jab her in the ribs.

  camilla's terrifying ordeal came as a baying mob surrounded her and husband prince charles when they rode through central london in the vintage rolls-royce last night.
