even if you don't regard yourself as a practicing jw, some may view you simply as inactive, a lost sheep, etc.. if you were baptized but not disfellowshipped or disassociated, you may still be a jw---right?

Inactive...near 3 years...told the elders I have doubts and want left alone...resigned as an elder myself and then 6 months later told the elders I need my space...
True to their word they haven't bothered me...even during wine and bread season...

So why are you engaging in the preaching work and still an "active" WT if you know it's all wrong...you say you trust in Jehovah and Christ but if you have come to the conclusion that Jehovah/Christ do NOT trust the WT then what on earth are you doing?

i've noted active, devoted jw's state the above.. and, it's not a problem for me to remain trusting of god, i just don't trust religions or men.. recently, a member of this forum stated that he remains an active jw, in the family of god's people, wanting to encourage and do good - whilst recognising that the pastoral leaders (the gb) have shipwrecked the faith of many, being unsound scripturally etc, etc.. stop and think about this - the bible says to not follow after those who lie and hurt the faith of "little ones".. the pharisees were accused of traversing over lands and expending much energy to make a single convert - only for that convert to end up worse of than he started off with.. it's one thing to not believe this is the 'truth' and feeling the awful pressure of managing ones life, trying not to lose ones family.. it's quite another thing to declare oneself to be a christian believer of god's jw household, and somehow believe the god of love would use corrupt liars to parade as jesus' brothers in the urgency of last days.

and, to then visibly promote faith in corrupt men, and try to bring converts into a place where the rulership is wrong.. some of us are dying from hurt here.......give me a break..
But the organisation cannot be imperfect IF God or Holy Spirit is directing it.
Yes, individuals within the organisation are imperfect but when the GB comes together as that group of men and IF Holy Spirit is directing them then the GB, and in turn the Organisation, CAN NEVER EVER BE WRONG UNLESS God is wrong.
The Holy Spirit would overshadow and cover the imperfections much like it supposedly covered over the imperfections in Mary's egg for Jesus to be born perfect.
If the Organisation does get it wrong and a JW says that Jehoover adjusts at a later date then how could anyone put their full trust and be obedient to what they say? How could they ever trust with their lives ie the Blood doctrine IF the organisation is imperfect and Jehoover makes them see new light to adjust them at a later date?
I'm sorry but logic in this arguement always wins...it's just the JW never sees the logic.
i am sure that the gb does not care about the r&f jw.
it does not care about the organization collapsing overnight.. why do i say this?.
in 2013 the organization declared that the "faithful and discreet slave" consisted only of the seven member of the gb.

has anyone got the quote from the societies publication where they advise to leave the research to them?.
i know in the september 2007 km they warned about independent study groups but i'm sure there was a quote from the 50's or 60's where they told the rank publisher to leave the research to the gb?.
