  What will humans look like in 1000000 years?

  ok, the bible is a fascinating book of fairy tales, so we move on..e. zolfagharifard, some guy states "humans will be very different creatures in just 1000 years from now due to climate change,artificial intelligence and genetic mutations are all set to transform our bodies in drastic ways.

  a mixture of biology and machine on the inside.

  this is only 1000 years from now, what the hell will humans look like in 100000 years????

  Around 100 billion people have died

  according to some, the earth may have 10 billion people living on it by the end of this century.

  there is genuine concern about space and resources.. imagine, then, 100 billion people being resurrected to live on earth.

  some jws will argue that not everyone will be resurrected to earth, including 144,000. imagine 50 billion then, assuming that half of the people who ever lived did something so horrific that they aren't deemed worthy to be resurrected.. jws who are lurking and reading this: where are they going to live?

  Imagine, then, 100 billion people being resurrected to live on Earth. Some JWs will argue that not everyone will be resurrected to Earth, including 144,000. Imagine 50 billion then, assuming that half of the people who ever lived did something so horrific that they aren't deemed worthy to be resurrected.

  JWs who are lurking and reading this: Where are they going to live? It's impossible for this to happen even if there are no more cemeteries because there are no more dead people (When I was a kid, and I asked where will people live, I was told to think about all the acres of land we will have with no more cemeteries, zoos or jails).

  I have been away from meetings for maybe 10 years. When I was active, JWs would argue that there will be new scrolls and that the universe is so big and maybe there will be other places to live. Factually, there have been earth-like planets discovered. However, the hope of living on one of those planets based on JW teachings is purely speculation, a wish. The bible says nothing about it. It only talks about how the Earth will never be destroyed.

  So, think with an open mind: Based on what you know and what you have studied in the bible, where would all of those resurrected people go?

  And don't forget about needing space for all of the animals.

  Cart Cycling

  after reading funchback's post about "having a cart attack" it reminded of some pictures i saw this weekend on a friends fb page, his mother is still in da troof.

  her pictures are from africa and europe and she's posted many pics of the brothers riding a bike with the whole cart display on their backs !!

  i guess the dubs here in the u.s. don't know how easy they have it!.

  In the city I live (Fortaleza), the cart folds into a small size and fits into a backpack. It takes about 20 seconds to do.

  They then put the folded cart into the backpack and put the backpack on their back.

  So, in a sense, they are carrying the carts on their backs but it's not a struggle at all...LOL!
  
  On a side note, I had to knock on doors in the projects in Brooklyn when I was dating my ex-wife. One could argue that's just as dangerous as those gators.

  Heaven-

  This avenue (called Beira-Mar) is right on the beach. As the sun sets, it is bustling with families, joggers, vendors and such. Literally, hundreds of people pass by them on any given late afternoon/evening. They are with their carts every day. I've lived in this particular apartment for over a year. I walk home from work on this avenue every day at 4PM and they are out in 3 to 4 locations.

  Anyway, not once have I received even a smile or a head nod. It's not because I'm "apostate" because they don't know me or my history.

  Unless, Jehovah has put it into their hearts not to talk to me, in which case it must be the truth!
  
  Just kidding. I don't believe in that nonsense anymore!

  It's amazing. I only ever see them talking amongst themselves or to no one. They won't say a peep to you first. The photos are from about an hour ago. Yesterday, I sat on the bench where the ladies were. They didn't even look at me. They focused only on each other. Not that I'm complaining...LOL! Just saying that, allegedly, this is the most important message ever in life yet they don't actively share it.

  Like Londo and Fink mentioned...Easiest way ever to get your time.

  Mike Pence (my ex-JW friend) is a great guy and wonderful dad. He and his wife used to post on here many years ago. We all attended the Oreland, PA congregation. He was THE original "appostate" from our hall, followed by his wife, her brother, myself as well as many others.

  The one oclock meeting

  i go to a hall (very rarely) with a single cong of about 60 people in a small city of maybe 10000. our board of elders is a bunch of childless weirdos or at least the ones that make an effort.. they recently changed the sunday meeting time from 10/12 to 1/ 3. a number of us are pissed off.

  its makes to hard to drive to the city or go to a football game.. i just know the gestopo elders behind the change.

  if your life isnt as miserable or pointless as theirs, they arent doing their job.
