JWs and E-Cigs

the other night, two of my jw coworkers were sitting out enjoying an e-cig with one of my other coworkers.

i knew from earlier that there was tobacco (well, nicotine) in it.

out of curiousity, i did some minor digging with my worldlytm coworkers and am pretty darn sure that these guys aren't doing anything else questionable... are active jws allowed to smoke e-cigs now, or did i just witness some extremely minor teenage rebellion?.

i coulda swore it was the act of smoking that was "linked to spiritism" and nicotine was just addictive and bad for your health...can anybody confirm?

i remember when i was a "devout" jws i could not wait to get the new watchtowers and awakes from the wednesday nite theocratic ministry school.

i would actually salivate thinking of the new information jehovah had in the magazines for us.

i was "franatical" and i would go home still in my three piece suit and devour the magazines that very nite.

you know, if all the people who found theyre way out of the society just "moved on" and stopped checking in and staying up to date on the current bs and quit posting there would be no posts from veterans to help the newbies (like myself).

i really wish there were more blondies.

both does a great job of defending me and making the elders look foolish!.

thank you raypublisher/jj and jwstruggle for the awesome job you did on it.. follow up story was not recorded but we will post it here hopefully over the weekend.. enjoy, it's pretty hilarious how they try to control us and come after me on a work of fiction!.

Anyhoo, just watched the video for the first time, holy crap that was rediculous. it was histerical tho how they had nothing to come back with when you tried to reason with them.

is it on the increase or am i simply more tuned into to noticing it now?

i'm so happy to have been able to sleep in yesterday and this morning!

no fs and sunday meeting!

every weekend i feel a huge relief and both hubby and i always look at each other and say "it's great not having to go to meeting huh?".

Will Familiarity Breed Contempt For The Governing Body At Bethel?

we all heard the saying 'familiarity breeds contempt' do you think this bunch of new boys on the governing body are breeding contempt with all they rub shoulders with at bethel?.

i think anthony morris with his 'i'm the corporation atitude' got to rub a lot of people the wrong way, paranoid stephan lett with his xenophobia(fear of strangers) and his wide open big mouth when speaking must cause a lots of contempt for himself, and lets not for get to mention gerrit losch and his hate of sports like football gotta make a lot feel like he's a self-righteous loonie, herd got to be the envy of many black brothers at bethel not to mention his simple mindedness and an eye for good looking sisters.. splane seems to be an irion fist in a velvet glove, the rest just seem to fade into the wood work, but these are just my opinons.. i'm thinking with all this armageddon always close but never materializing many of the old timers just look on with contempt as these new guys do their clumsy half witted best to guide the corporation through these ruff waters of unfufilled expectation and dashed hopes..
