  I measured mine - 9 inches !

  what were you expecting when you clicked that topic ?!?!.

  actually, i read an interesting bit of trivia somewhere that said mens nipples are always 9 inches apart.

  i measured mine and i'm spot on.. of course i'd be disappointed if all my vital stats were just 9 inches

  as an ex presiding overseer and public affairs spokesperson who is now disfellowshipped!!!

  i am new to this site and have read with keen interest the many and varied topics that have been posted.

  during my 9 years of presiding i encountered certain corrupt c/os for example the friends would treat them like little demy gods, hanging onto their every word, they would, on their visit influence the brothers to part with cash for privledges.

  bonovox, I enjoyed your statement. I agree that there are a few honest hearted ones. I knew one as well. However, power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely.

  My Theory about wild X-JWs

  i was pondering this theory this morning - what do you all think?.

  a few months ago i went to visit someone from my last congregation who is now also an x-jw.

  what is interesting is that, though completely straight-laced within the congregation, he became absolutely out of control once he left and is now trying to figure out how to get his life together.

  Remember the example given from the platform of a spring. Let go of suddenly and it goes wild, let go slowly and it remains in your hand.

  Most ex-JW's fail and go back because they go wild and off the deep end. It then becomes a selfulfilling prophecy of how the "world" corrupts and offer's nothing.

  the angioplasty begins: the cardiologist arrived from the other hospital, and started telling everyone what he needed.

  more medical staff showed up soon after, and the room was insane ... just like on tv ... short tempers demanding this or that device or assistance, people yelling out my vital readings, and i got a brief glance of the operating room door with people in green outfits, head caps, and face masks bopping in and out.
