ok, so it wasn't the blow out that dallas had but our mini-fest this past weekend at joy's and jst2law's house was great!

we've got a few pics to share but i don't know where to host them on the web nor how to post them here, so any help would be appreciated.. .

i was able to spend the weekend with 3 of my favorite people...joy, jst, and venice .

Hey!!!!! I'm so glad that you guys had a good time and it was a pleasure to meet some of the ones that you mentioned as well. Like I said in another thread, I didn't get to talk to Little Toe as much as I would have liked so I had NO idea that he had a christian thing going on!!! Talk abou tolerant then!!

Don't You Think That Many Bethelites Know This Isn't The Truth.....?

when you know that so many things are untrue,whether it be doctrines, policies or history, and these bethelites still hang on, you've got to wonder why.

is it fear?

is it the fact they have no real skills?

Welcome to the board Angela. Others in this thread have state much more eloquently what I feel so I will keep it short. I totally agree with AlanF and HIllary_step and hold their opinions in high regard. But totally do your own research and verify everything for yourself.

I personally will never take anything handed to me at face value again just because someone says it's true. One of my favorites is http://quotes.jehovahswitnesses.com/ Check that site out as a starting point to look this stuff up in the original publications.

Windows Automatic Updates

i've been getting windows automatic updates 2 times a day now, since the last week.

i didn't have any since the last month or two and all of a sudden so many of them.

same thing at my father's place on his computer.. we both have windows xp pro.

Is Satan the good guy?

if i were to believe in the bible (which i am starting to totally disbelieve), i like the idea that satan was actually on mans side, and when you look at what he told eve he was actually telling the truth, it was god who lied.

this used to cross my mind as a witness but i would very swiftly dismiss it as demons affecting my thinking.

didn't he say we could rule ourselves if given a fair chance?

Is there really any question? Before Satan I was just a 98lb weaking. After a quick soul transaction no more sand in my face and all the ladies fall over with their legs in the air.

Worried about going to Heaven? Saint Peter's got nothing on me. Nah. Not with Satan. He's the greatest!
