The candidates would have to be in a tie for this to take place. The framers of the constitution set it up this way so that no president could appoint himself ruler for life.

latest status is that it's serious, probably isn't going to be contained and most large companies are making contingency plans, cancelling large events etc... which i don't think would happen if it was just people being alarmist.
the incubation period means it may have already spread further and infected many more people than are currently known, so expect jumps in the numbers over the coming days and weeks.. tracking.

I am in healthcare . I am afraid you are mischaracterizing the situation. Covid is real!!! To those making comments regarding healthcare workers just standing around . I am patently offended. How many of you have heis a.covid patients hand while they are dying on a ventilator? I had to do this because the patient's loved ones where not allowed to visit. No one should have to die alone. I can tell you this stop listening to cab drivers for your information as to how hard we work!!!

I don't even see this as a right wing left wing thing. I see it as the dumbing down of America. I have no issues with your chosen sexuality once you become an adult. However , a child is not mature enough to make a decision that can have life long implications. I feel the same way for example with baptism of under age children by JW.
