if you live in the south east.. tn, ga, ky... this man is on the run..he is a confessed child molester , he was awaiting trial on several other counts and a judge lets him out on bond.. well he cuts his electronic monitor bracelet and is now on the loose.. .

i have been told by people who know this person that he is a smooth talker and can convince normally sensible people into anything.

I can almost top that. There is a man that was posting child porn. on the net right down the street!

He was arrested a few years ago but somehow got off. He was again arrested for having illegal drugs in his possesion..but somehow got probation.

He never showed up for his parole dates and they lost track of him. Seems he was living down the street with his elderly parents..(He is in his late 40'S).

They finally located him and arrested him on child porn charges..they have a lot of evidence this time. Well he is out on bail his parents paid for him.

Now he is back in the house.They confiscated his computor and all the evidence they need to prosecute him but he is out free!..His parents probably bought him another computor!!!

The people on the block have been circulating flyers warning all the other neighbors about him. Including his rap sheet!

They had a block meeting last week and have talked to the parents who think he is totally innocent. He told his parents.."Have you ever heard anyone say I harmed them or their kids?"..his parents said NO!..

The neighbors are trying to get him out of the neighborhood. It seems they have moved three times in the last few years..I guess they will probably be moving again..he will probably start over somewhere else.

In a neighborhood where they have no idea what he has done.

I bet this is a lot more widespread than a lot of people realize..they just slip through the cracks of justice.Going on to do their dirty deeds somewhere else.

That's probably what will happen with that guy you were talking about.

Funny thing is when we were going to Florida one year..they had a jailbreak in Georgia and had 3 escaped convicts running loose.

When we got back I started to notice Georgia was in the paper quite a few times for having jailbreaks.

Did you buy new clothes for the Memorial?

i was just wondering how many people went out and bought new clothes for the memorial.

did you feel like it was a festive holiday like easter or did you just feel like it was another meeting that you had to attend?

I am still laughing at the poster that said "I was young then" and their info says they are now only 26?...Like young to me is 40..

Anyway..back to the question..I am shocked!..I can't believe everyone bought new outfits at the store ?

The only way to be a good little witness is to make your own outfit...

Myself and a few other "ladies" used to get together and make out outfits..mind you I was a mere child of 25 or so hanging around a bunch of ladies in their 40's...or older...

Course I had kids as old as theirs so I felt older..

One lady (witness) used to make her whole spring line at that time..used to drive us nuts..we weren't that into sewing!..

Yep..everyone used to show up in their "Spring outfits"..aka..Easter Outfits"...couldn't fool me.

ONE More Round of Lets Play Stoopid!!!

ok, i have to tell a funny after all this heavy stuff i posted.

my car broke this weekend.

i just got it paid off and what do you know?

Then there was the time after hubby died (He did all the mechanical work on the cars) that I realized I needed to add water ...

So having experience working on older cars..I put the water in the biggest hole in the front of the motor!.That's where the radiator is right?

Wrong..It was the oil hole...well I had a feeling I did something wrong so then I checked the manuel to see where the water goes...oh s--t wrong place.

So luckily I have AAA and had to have it towed because I didn't dare start it up with water in the motor...After all..I'm not stupid..much..

As I'm explaining this to the mechanic at the local garage..I can also tell he and his partner are holding back a belly laugh!..

I put my tail between my legs and took a taxi home. They later called and said they had to change the oil twice to make sure it was cleaned out..but they couldn't make any guarantees.

Well it's OK I guess ..that was three years ago.And it's still going...(fingers crossed)

And concerning that check engine light..the van I had did that. But it had been sitting for a long time and I figured it had a mental problem..

I gave it to my son because it was just too big for me to drive around. It turned out the transmission fluid had slowly drained out and the transmission was messed up.. He had to pay $500. to get whatever it was fixed. You got off lucky!..The funny thing is I just got through reading about the gas cap and how it can cause your check engine light to go on if it is loose. I also didn't know that you could get it checked free..I had to pay a couple hundred dollars for a diagnosis one time....or two..

I know the anxiety you must have been going through that day..one of my daughters days sounds like one of your days ...

She is a single parent with a 7 year old and she has really wierd things happen too!

She's always needing to borrow money a week before payday..she gets paid once a month and she just can't get that budget in gear!..It seems like something is always happening to her.

the guy i've just started seeing has certainly inspired this thread: he believes television and newspapers only corrupt the mind, practices some weird religion having to do with contacting his ancestors but claims it has nothing to do with demon worship and doesn't even own a cellphone.

It was so funny!...

She had short term memory and forgot what happened the day before..each day was a new day.

She still remembered her family though..

now, that i'm in my forties...heading toward fifty, fast; i feel old.

i feel like i've wasted a good part of my life with religious hang-ups!

i think that i would have done a lot of things differently had i not been raised the way i was.

Sometimes I feel 63 sometimes I feel 63..

My daughter hates to see me get older because that makes her older...I had her when I was 15 so she is now going on 48..

If she's not careful she is going to catch up to me by worring about getting older..hey..it happens..get ready....
