Of course I believe in marriage..married 45 yrears here when hubby passed away.
Also believe in divorce if one of the partners decides it doesn't work anymore..but only after a heartfelt try at fixing things..

due to health issuse my wife, myself and daughter take medications.
my wife kathy takes about 12, the daughter 6 or 7. i have 15 meds to take in a days time.
all of them are kept seperate in a lock box to which kathy has the key.
My wife broke her arm and I have been getting her meds for her- I hate getting her weekly meds divided up, pills cut in half and put into the pill carrier- she takes 7 different meds- so far no mistakes.
All those pills for a broken arm?..
All those pain pills you have to be one very happy/mellow family..

I noticed it says you are a Therapist.
Also, the other two are just talking about their views of the witnesses but you are discussing their policies as facts..maybe the witnesses claim they are not true?

(a little background info before i ask my question...).
my sister-in-law (non-jw), who manages a popular chain restaurant near a kingdom hall, just found out that my wife and i have recently faded, so she decided to get something off her chest the other day... you guessed it: she wanted us to know that jws are the worst customers ever!
she then told us some really embarrassing stories about how jws would request a table for 15 to 20 people (after a sunday meeting) and then (when the bill came) some of the jws would start deliberating amongst themselves on whether or not the waiter was diligent or not (to justify the low tip he was getting anyway).
It doesn't bother me at all to give a tip according to the service given, matter of fact it wouldn't bother me to leave nothing....if a owner gripes about a group ordering coffee individually in a group they don't deserve my business..too many today just "Expect" something for nothing..like we owe the waiter/waitress anything..to me a tip is for above and beyond expectations..and yes I was a waitress way back when..
I think they should have a decent salary and not have to depend on tips.., the price of the food is high enough as it is in a restaurant..

I didn't know they and nicotine in them , I did hear you can get menthol in them..my grandson got in on some deal on the computer and has a box of then to sell for $75. He said that is a bargain..
As hooked as I used to be on cigarettes I would probably get hooked on the E cigarette.although it did sound tempting if it has nicotine in them I would stay away from them.
I doubt the society would approve of them as they may stumble someone..

whats the science on leg warmers?
why is that i can see a woman with socks on and it does absolutely nothing for me, but i see leg warmers, and i'm intrigued?.

I wore them when I worked in a bank and we had to wear skirts..in winter it was a blessing as I didn't want to wear slacks and then have to change at work..I could just pull the leg warmers off. If I worked in the office by the door I often left them on..after all, I still had a skirt on like the clothing requirements said..
I thought they looked pretty sexy with high heels..
I also bought my 19 year old granddaughter a pair for x mas and she loved them..she thought the idea was amazing...she wears really, really short skirts..in winter!

so, my mother is still in.
last night at my parents home she starts in with me on how she is going to ask my sig other to the memorial (puke), and that i should not forbid her to go.
we went round and round about how the jw's are bs, gave many examples and it always came back to some twisted circular reasoning, that i still do not fully understand.
I think some here still cling to that headship thing even tho they try to convince themselves they don't..... Just giving my point of view from their reactions to certain things..maybe encourage them do some self examinations..
