We never had a normal childhood, Gee-hovah don't like this or that but is really dictated by men in NewYork and you're parents bought into this stuff hook ,line and sinker. And anyone with a thinking mind can see it is crap. But if you speak up against it you are the devil and evil. Not someone that sees a con job.

How many TRUE BELIEVERS do you think are left in the Organization?

by this i mean, they believe with all their heart that 1914 was the beginning of the last days, that this is the last generation, that we are in the very last of the last hour of this system of things, and that you should obey the governing body even if it does not make sense.
all of them are in their 60s and up into their 90s there is nothing you can say or show them to convince them or even cause a small doubt that the wt is not god organization.

Watchtower math is always exaggerated from reality. They say they have 8 million plus members but dollars to donuts that real number could be 5 or 3 and dropping fast.

A positive about been a former JW
by joe134cd ini decided on christmas day to wash the house and do some yard work.
i had a concerned neighbour come out and bring me some of their christmas food.
although i appreciated the food and wished her a merry christmas, the neighbour was concerned as to why i wasn’t inside enjoying christmas.

As a child growing up as a Jw, was constrained and restricted to unfounded ridiculous believes. As I kid a kid I dreaming of escaping the cult. When I became an adult, I left the cult with no notice. Yes, they try to get me to come back. But it I know better. Now I live the life I want without the ball and chain of a cult dictating how your life should be.
