  i have grown a beard, it is a bait waiting for an elder to bite.... maybe someone will bite during the coming assembly?.

  THINGS YOU WISHED TO DO INSTEAD OF GOING TO A MEET

  for many of us, the thought of missing a meeting to do anything else was problematic.

  should i go to that concert (to that group that only comes once every few years on a meeting night) or should i give my talk?

  should i go to both meetings this sunday or should i go on that company picnic?

  I used to HATE to miss this Cosby Show on Thursday nights! Truth is I would have rather done damn near ANYTHING other than go to a meeting!

  1.suicide--knew three personally who took their lives... 2.mate swapping--(literally) two couples--the two who committed adultry and got df'd together got married and the two innocent mates married each other...the poor kids were really screwed up!.

  3.plenty of adultry... 4.lots of alcoholism--knew a sister who used to drink first thing in the morning...even before meetings.. 5.domestic violence--battered wives, some of them married to elders... 6.child abuse--worst of all.

  7.believe it or not...knew several jw's who were murdered.... and they call this a spiritual paradise???

  7.BELIEVE IT OR NOT...KNEW SEVERAL JW'S WHO WERE MURDERED...

  AND THEY CALL THIS A SPIRITUAL PARADISE??? THEY CLAIM TO BE A HAPPY PEOPLE!..TO BE FREE OF THE PROBLEMS OF THE "WORLD"...WHAT SELF-RIGHTEOUS HYPOCRITES...I DIDN'T KNOW WHAT HAPPINESS WAS UNTIL I DISASSOCIATED MYSELF!

  Dateline Aftermath

  the result of the airing of the dateline program has been very positive.

  dateline program will no doubt air again in reruns and may get further coverage soon.

  there have been many mixed emotions as a result of this program.

  I disassociated myself nearly 5 years ago and it makes me want to write another letter and do it all over again...just to let them know that in NO way do I regret my decision to leave that beastly organization......and they call it "Spirit Directed"...what a crock of BS!

  i had a nice visit with my parents.

  my father even called mitch son, i almost passed out.. we chatted a lot about their lives and their friends.
