What the Elders Book Actually says about Suicide and Judicial Hearings for Disfellowshipping
by EasyPrompt in"the shepherd the flock of god elders’ manual had instruction to take notes, sign and file them in judicial cases where the accused threatens suicide.
this instruction was removed in 2020. pic 1 is 2019 version, pic 2 is from a 2020 edition.
it remains the same in 2023.

An elders daughter claimed to be suicidal and also appealed her judicial committee's decision to disfellowship her near were I live about ten years ago.
Her father was a strict elder who strained the gnat for everyone else except his thoroughly spoilt daughter.
I asked him why she was appealing - he said it was because she could, not that she had any grounds.
I asked about being suicidal - he said of course she wasn't but she may get off on this technicality.
He said she was too valuable as a spiritual asset in the congregation to be disfellowshipped.🤷♂️🤷♂️
Unknown to the judicial committee, she was also shagging three or four other 'brothers' regularly at the time this was all going on...
Her elder father was a complete disgrace who made everyone else's life a misery with his strict, exacting rules.
A classic pet line of his was: 'If you haven't been on early morning ministry you can't go on the congregation bank holiday day out.'...what a complete hypocrite/tosser he was!!!!

Jws getting drunk

i always found it amazing that so many jws got blind drunk at parties and got away with it!
i suppose alcohol was the only fun thing we were allowed to partake in....

I found one jw elder in the gutter blind drunk in a road near me. I bundled him in the car - he was absolutely smashed and took him home.
A few days later his wife rang and tried to berate me for taking him out and getting him drunk.
I politely but firmly told her I had nothing to do with her husband getting drunk - I had merely stumbled upon him lying polatic in the road on my way home.
She then had to apologise and eat a bit of humble pie and thank me for getting him home safely.
His shepherding calls to me after that were very sheepish indeed!!!

Got my convention invitation
by Anony Mous inhow things have changed, apparently they totally forgot i am an "evil apostate" two good looking ladies came to my door, my wife opened the door.. handed my wife the tract and said they are simply inviting people in the area, nothing further, not even a bible or other literature in their hand.. the invitation is small, like the size that a small 3-fold tract used to be.
i remember the last invitation was at least a proper sheet of paper.
and thin, you can see right through it.

The jw's write letters (uninvited and unsolicited) to anybody they choose.
They call uninvited to any home/business they chose - even on national holidays and at times when people may be expecting to have a sleep in.
They have even telephone witnessed to people at home and and work uninvited to aggressively promote their beliefs.
So yes, of course we must respect and honour AM's privacy.....
