  Thanks fro all the replies.

  I am very happy to say that I now have more likes than dislikes about myself.

  I like the fact that I am strongwilled and no longer let most people treat me like a doormat and even though I have lost "friends" like that I have learned that they really wern't my friends to want such control over me. I like the fact that I am kind, honest and trustworthy. All my true friends know that they can count on me to do anything within my power to help them out.

  I dislike the fact that I can never make up my mind about certain things. I also dislike it that certain people still know how to manipulate me to their advantage.

  Is god laughing at us

  do you ever wonder that there is a god and he is just looking down at us and laughing his arse off.. "look at those stupid humans.....mwuahahahahahah.....now time to get some popcorn".

  reminds me of a joke i read somewhere:.

  Proms

  one of the things i longed to do as a teen was attend a prom.

  i dreamed of one of my jw "crushes" asking me, but it never happened.

  but, i did have an old school acquaintance ask me in senior high.

  By the time of my Senoir Prom I wanted nothing to do with the witnesses. I bought my own dress from what I saved working Part time.

  I never liked any of the boys at my school but I had a great friend that was my age but not at my school that I asked to go with me. He agreed and we had a great time.

  Oh and no debauchery or sex was involved as we were just good friends. Throw that Prom cliche out the window for me.

  Sorry you didn't get to go to yours Nikita. Just make up for it when your class reunion comes around.

  i hope someone might have the answer to this question for me.

  i am an ex-jw, never been officially "disfellowshiped", but left the jw's 7 years ago.

  i am getting married in june and my father told me he would not be attending because in his own words he "can't particiapate in anything like that".

  I believe this is a conscience issue.

  When my Aunt got married we all attended and it was a very Catholic Wedding in a Catholic church. We wen't allowed to participate in any way but got second row seats to observe.

  I also think that maybe just asking him to observe he might come as long as he is not asked to participate in any way.

  what are your special powers?

  back when i was younger every dream i would have would come true.

  it kinda freaked me out since they were not always good dreams.

  i don't remember too many of my dreams anymore but a couple weeks ago i did and it did partially come true the very next day.

  Back when I was younger every dream I would have would come true. It kinda freaked me out since they were not always good dreams. I don't remember too many of my dreams anymore but a couple weeks ago I did and it did partially come true the very next day. Now I am not talking abuot things that I know are going to happen. These are things that under normal circumstances shouldn't be.

  Sometimes and its only occasional I get wierd glimpses of how someone is going to die. This of coarse at this time has ot been proved to be true of yet (due to its something I see for 10-20 years in advance)but it is unsettling to say the least.

  Do any of you have any weird percerptions that you have/get? Any weird ESP or psychic "powers" that you have?

  Tell you uncanny and unsettling stories here.

  We've decided to have a baby! (Advice needed)

  i know that many of you gave me the advice to wait until i'm done with school, but what can i say, i'm stubborn .

  please share your pre-pregnancy and pregnancy tips that either made things smoother or things you wish you has done to make things easier.

  i also want opinions on such things as epidurals, circumcision, nutrition, breast-feeding, money saving tips, etc.

  Just wanted to throw my 2 cents in to say that uncircumsized members are NOT gross. In fact I have heard that when they are circumsized they lose some sensitivity. All it really does take is a little soap and water and they are just as fine as any other body part.

  i have noticed on this board that most people either start alot of threads or just respond to them.. someone told me that its because of where individuals get their inspiration.

  those that start threads get their inspiration from other sources and those that usually just post to them get their inspiration from the thread subject.. what would you say you are?.

  minimus & jh need not respond as we all know what they are .
