  Tattoos and Piercings

  ok......fess up....who's got em and who wants em?

  i myself have two tattoos ( i will post pics of them later tonight).

  i have one on my shoulder - it the face of a cat, i call it my egyptian cat because the face is very concise.

  Ant attack!

  what a bad idea to wear my shorts while cleaning windows today.there i was merrily cleaning away , as i do , when i could feel a tickling sensation on my legs.thinking it was just some plants rubbing against my legs i carried on.but it got worse so i looked down at my hairy legs to see an army of ants climbing over my shoes and up my legs!.

  i'd just been standing on a ants nest and they were not happy ants.. to make this ex-witness orientated, is this a sign of the last days?

  Probably good that you were wearing shorts not pants...imagine getting them out of your pants...much harder...

  do you feel that right now, in your quest for understanding of where we all are in our lives, that your relationship with god is better, worse or the same as before?

  please do not equate the organization as being the same as god.

  I dont believe in god...then again as a child I think I always had my doubts...

  I do however believe in Gaia and it is much better...thank you for asking.

  Squandering/Burying Talents JW Style

  once morning while on a business trip to south africa, i turned on the television in my hotel room to catch up on the local news while i prepared for my day.

  instead i hit upon one of the most mesmerising,thought-provoking sermons i've ever heard.

  delivered by a young black preacher it focused on jesus' parable of the talents (matt: 25) and its lesson for us all.

  Would/Do you wear a Cross around your neck ??

  after all that we had drummed into us about not the cross, and particularly about not venerating the symbol itself, i have been wondering about this issue.. so, what are your views about wearing a cross around your neck ?

  is it just a fashion accessory, or does it mean something to you ?.

  I own one...but only because a really good friend gave it to me and I keep it purely for sentimental reasons.

  I don't think I have ever worn it. I don't wear crosses only because I really dont see any beauty in them.

  I wear a quartz crystal on my neck....I think that has much more beauty than a cross ever could.

  Helping Newbies Understand YOU KNOW

  for those of you who may not be aware of who bobby is better know as "you know".

  allow me to share some things about this man that may help to shed some light on his mindset as a jw.. one of the most important things i have found when dealing with "loyal" jw on the net is to find out thier status with in the org, esp if they are male- .

  you see this organization is a "position" driven organization, esp for males and if they have no position within thier local congo - other than mike handler after being a jw for years then that means in most cases the male jw is considered a flunky- we have seen guys as young as 17 being appointed as ms-.
