it seems that a lot of folks really spend some amazing cash on food.
our family of five spends $50-$60/week.
I don't know where you guys shop but I spend more on two people than you guys do on a whole family. I average $100-125 a week . I don't use ground beef but I only buy very lean meats and lean ground turkey. I will have to look at your ideas. I don't find alot of coupons I can use so I just don't use them.

i always loved little animals, and i always will have one.
i noticed that most families do have pets.
for people living alone, a pet is a good companion.
I have 4 cats and they are like having children. I love them so much and cannot imagine my life without my animals. They are a wonderful asset to your life and add so much joy.

Yes portions are way too large. I started only eating the serving size on items and feel great. There is no reason for anyone to eat a Supersize meal. You can cut that in half and feed 2 people. There is also no reason to stuff yourself. Your organs only have to work harder if you stuff yourself you should never have the feeling of being full. Food is norishment and we in America have turned it into a eating contest. When I get a plate of food at a restaurant I cut it in half sometimes even thirds eat it and put the rest in a box for later. You stomach shrinks and expands with the amount of food you allow yourself to eat. You can shirnk your stomach back to normal if you eat 3 (serving size portions ) meals a day and snack on veggies or fruit. Fruit will kill your craving for sugar believe it or not.

My thoughts are as follows I do not believe in the God of the bible. If the God of the bible is the God who created us then I want nothing to do with such a evil being. I believe there is a creator. I believe something happens when you die. My belief on what happens is you become a higher being or you have to do it all over again to achieve that higher plateau. I believe parts of all religions are true and i take what i like from them all. I know I do not believe in the bible god but there is something higher out there (IMHO).
okay, i've chatted with several of you and i thought it was time to tell my story.
it all began during the gulf war early in january 1991. i was concerned about the war becoming the end of the world and naturally, because of my lifestyle, i began asking myself what i intended to do with my life.
a pioneer sister worked in the office where i worked, i knew she was a witness and studied the bible so i asked her opinion on what was happening.

i cant say that im a fan of affirmative action but bushs comments and actions against the u of m kind of burns me.
again, while i dont believe in affirmative action, i have to admit that it does help the "little guy.
" where i work there is another engineer who got a free ride through college because he received a hispanic scholarship while i spent 10 years paying back my student loans.
I think we all need to learn to agree to disagree. I can go off right now on how wrong all of you are and give you logical reasons why but you won't change your point of view and god knows you babbling democrats aren't going to change mine. I think right now at this time of war we just need to be United and support our country. It doesn't matter what political view we have as long as we are fighting terrosim and 9/11 does not happen again.
personally i love thongs but only in summer or when i'm going out.
for my thunder i prefer the form fitting boxer style yummmmmy .
my son loves the boxer boxer he wears the form fitting boxer then the loose colorful one over those then his jeans <can you say over kill>.
I love thongs for me and Boxers or Boxer Briefs for him.
