  why aren't witnesses vegetarians?

  it's well known that adam and eve were vegetarian.

  there was only ever a concession given by god to allow meat eating after the flood as there was no vegetation so it was forced and rather a temporary fix up rather than a new permanent diet.

  Sydney Taxi Drivers - Warning for all Sydney visitors

  okay sydney taxi drivers have me baffled... i went up to sydney for work last week and availed myself of the taxi services... let me relate to you my experiences.

  i arrive at sydney airport and catch a cab to lane cove.

  i have a driver who originates from india.

  how much can one person gag?

  it is interesting to note that clive thomas (canadian branch office) spoke during his part in such a way as to betray the fact that he was personally aware that what he was saying was false.. it's one thing when a local onion gets exuberant about parroting the gb's nonsense.

  it's quite another when a bloodsucker like clive comes from the branch and does a "bait 'n switch" the way he did.

  How about that resolution? Can you believe that the GB is so intensely stupid so as to think that they can make a public statement to the effect that we "won't go to chat rooms" and we will all say "AYE" to signal that their problems with the internet exposing them are over???

  Oh, and since, (according to the CO), so many MS's and Elders were being "lost to internet porn" ...I guess that making a public "resolution" to the effect that we "won't go to internet porn" will solve that issue too...!

  At least they've gone back to lying about the nature of the dangers of the internet. Pretending they're losing people to porn, and not apostate reasoning, must roll off the old forked tongue a lot more smoothly...

  but i thought i'ld drop in and say hello.. i sometimes read posts and ask misspeaches what's going on.

  as i'm having the day off work today i decided to take the time to post a big 'hello ' to all my old friends on the forum, and also to the new members here.. nothing much has changed for me and my family.

  Next time I will say in the booking that I am going to the other side of Sydney and then change it when they pick me up. That will teach them a lesson!

  
  

  
  That doesn't work - they'll either take you where you originally booked for, or leave you there to wait for another cab.

  Sydney taxi drivers have got to be the most useless piles of crap I've had the misfortune of having to deal with over the years. I've not had similar problems with cab drivers in Auckland, Noumea, or even here in Wollongong - quite often my discussions with Wollongong drivers are about what a bunch of cowboys Sydney cabdrivers are.
