i'm thrilled to tell you about the latest court decision made in california a few days ago which kimberlee norris said would be announced today, monday, on jwd.. on july 3rd, i started a thread where the last two rulings in the napa county, california lawsuit, charissa w. v. watchtower, new york, et al., were posted.

both decisions were favorable to the plaintiff.

I'll just bet they're out buying shredders as we read this...documents that don't exist can't be turned over to the court. They'll ramp up the "theocratic warfare."

If the documents that everyone knows exists suddenly vanish, isn't there a "Conspiracy to Pervert The Course of Justice" style section of California's criminal code? It'd be really gratifying to see the Tower dragged through the criminal courts as well as the civil ones. Just sayin'!

this past thurs a young brother ended his life.

in writing he stated that he could not live up to the demands placed on him.

i am quite sure that all the local witnesses will hear about this and think what they are programed to think: we need the new system.

but you dont know what he was thinking or doing in his head, who are you to say he didnt have a built up mental problem waiting to explode , maybe it was a girlfriend or a work mate or a child hood bully who could be to blame,

Nice try, Trollman, but the original post specified that it was the demands placed on him by the cult that pushed him to this extreme act.

Hate at site of convention goers!

so im eating dinner with my hubby and kids at a local family restaurant, when in walks some people with name tags of some sort, i cant read them, im sitting to far away, but they have the look of the convention name tags.

well i guess i can spot a jw right off, because sure enough as i got closer, there it was a flash back from the past.

the same ol name tags.

Everyone has different ways of dealing with grief from a traumatic separation; at the moment you're going through this hate thingy. Nothing to worry about, so long as you keep moving to new emotional responses as you grow out of them.

So many victims - this rotten cult!

Remember when there was a large patchwork quilt made from thousands of pieces, each piece representing someone who'd died of AIDS? If the same was done to represent the victims of Watchtowerism, how big would the quilt be? How far would the GB's guilt stretch?

How do you deal with a "Joy Kill?"

a friend of mine just got out of a relationship in which she was abused.

we all have supported her exit, and encouraged her to get counseling.

she is doing well, yet the details of her life and what happened are not something i think should come up with strangers in every day conversation.

You need to remind her that you and her friends are not that boyfriend, and that your day out is not that situation she brought up. That dredging up that painful past now doesn't help anyone - you're all there to have fun in the now, not to be bound to an unpleasant past.
