  Counter-protests to Free Speech Rally in Boston

  i never thought i would see that in the us, a "free speech rally" (which has distanced itself from and organizers have nothing at all to do with the right, republicans or extremism) is being counter protested by thousands in boston today, the counter protests being organized by a coalition of black supremacists and sjw's.. on the other hand, google is building a database of speech that doesn't align with the left-wing political values.. i'm not sure what youngsters are thinking these days, but free speech used to be the cornerstone of american civilizations only a few decades ago.

  the only way to drown out "bad" free speech is more free speech..

  history reveals that in the beginning the wt was just a publishing house, selling books and magazines; over the years it evolved into what it is today..

  the placement of the original publications was mostly done thru sales people masquerading as preachers.

  Thanks for posting, the stuff is fantastic. An observation, the gentleman was as many former COS either full of himself or naive; his interaction with the "busy body" sister defies all logic, talking to her by himself and then criticizing the elders as lazy was not a smart move.

  Hundreds of crazy stories like that. So I volunteered to give her strong counsel. Of course she turned on me and said that previously I had revealed confidential talk to her and her husband. It was actually true, I hadn't given names but I had said some elders were lazy.

  With regards to the experience of the young man expelled from Bethel for fighting, I felt deeply sorry for him. It was obvious that there was a code of silence with regards to the events at the Branch; even after he talked to me I was in no position to help him out. I was concerned and sympathetic, but I lacked the insight and expertise to counsel him in a proper manner.

  The other problem was that due to the secrecy I couldn't share his problems with no one else. Bottom line that poor Boy was full of anger and resentment and he was going thru life with that burden. Typical example of a "closed" commune.

  OK, by legal means Republicans control all 3 Branches of Government; we have a "do nothing" Justice Department. People are conspiring to create chaos and dissent and the press is aiding and abiding. In view of history and reaching the point of "no return".

  I have a question for New Boy and the other Bethel veterans. Back in the 80s we sent a nice young pioneer to Bethel, he was highly regarded at the Congregation level. After 6 months he came back, very disturbed and completely changed for the worse.

  He wouldn't talk much about his experiences, but finally he opened up with me and told that the was sent home because he got into a fight with his supervisor, the way that he put it the supervisor was the aggressor and nothing happened to him, no discipline whatsoever and he remained at Bethel with the same position.

  This young man struggled for a while to get back on track and eventually left the Organization. Over the years I have wondered about the veracity of his story and my question to you:

  Reading all this information is easy to see why the WT went ahead and dismantled the lifetime Bethel arrangement; it was a powder keg due to explode at any moment and work place liabilities were going to catch with them.

  i'm tired of hearing these constant attacks on white supremacists after the events in charlottesville.

  why are moderate white supremacists being lumped in together and sharing the blame for the actions of one reprehensible man that misinterpreted the ideals of white supremacy and became violent?

  clearly the motivation of such attacks on white supremacists is nothing other than racism.
