Could you live with not talking to your JW family for the rest of your life?

as lady-lee wrote about oompa, i thought of this topic, the society says "this is their way to get wrong doing people to return to the loving arms of jehovah after they repent of their sins" .
i know of men and women who are in good standings and hate their fellow spiritual jw family, i am willing to bet, wager that "jw-hatred" exceeds the worlds hatred, something about a self-assured group versus the "not so self assured' creates one plucked up structure.

I know of men and women who are in good standings and hate their fellow spiritual JW family, I am willing to bet, wager that "JW-Hatred" exceeds the Worlds hatred, something about a self-assured group versus the "not so self assured' creates one plucked up structure. JW-Hatred is absolute, when a person sins against one of the "most holy jws, all hell breaks loose!" Pioneer vs Pioneer, super spiritual family vs super-spiritual family, one thing I have learned, JWs are the best grudge keepers of all religions!
What of the brothers and sisters who were stumbled by wicked men and women? What of the countless errors made by men who assume the role of secondary-mediator? Jesus said we would loose family, friends for obeying his words, what have we done by following men's commandments as God's written rules? A large group of our friend here are going through this nightmare, and the heartless, devoid of mercy "apostles of new york" don't care, they want you to submitt your Christian freedom and obey them. I am pondering this question as it's the next logical step in my personal Road Map over the next year.
My JW family are some of the most wicked men and women, worse than all my worldy friends I gave up for all the elusive good friends and family I would inherit once I became part of the "group". I am tired of all the judgemental kooks whose family lives are so screwed up, yet they are ready to point out what they preceive I am doing wrong. I grow restless with emotionally, spiritually and mentally sick people ruling the Island. So far I don't miss these people, is there something odd with me?

Just a legal tactic, I've seen this trick used by different entities beings sued for large amounts of money (Apple's recent lawsuits had companies printing statements almost identical to what the Society is saying) The Society has plenty of funds to weather this mild storm, they are not going out of business any time soon. We all know why they seperated into different corps years ago, creating lots of barriers to get to the root of the problem.
As a corporation, Cedars look for any kind of data regarding "Going Concern" and their management's assessment of how they will deal with the possibility of losing this lawsuit. Real Estate in New York, (the high end stuff) is very valuable and the Org always found ways to buy their buildings for nothing!

I will be having a talk tomorrow at our special assembly day
by Most Noble inour special assembly day is tomorrow, although, i dont live in the states though but still, i wont put the theme of my talk up here; you never can tell, but, i will be mentioning some of the main points i will be highlighting.
1) how jehovah views secular education.
2) what should we be doing now with our precious time, considering that we are living at the finishing line of our relay race.. 3) are we heeding to the instructions given by jehovah's bride?'.

Christ-alone, I listened to the link you provided, "little-toes" has style with a warmth to his voice, how is "little-toes" doing now? Did he have family he had to walk away from or was he a single brother?
I love his conclusion, the way he talks about his love and "he will always love the friend and his doors will be open any time they need him". What a class act and what a way to leave, he left people with a questions pecking away at their hearts.
To give a part at the C/A, and be a mole, anything is possible, I know someone who was having sex with men, while he was preaching from the platform. He was a "special pioneer" married and finally he ran off to Vegas to find his true calling. How he gave parts at Assemblies, Meetings and served as a judgemental elder who showed no mercy to fornicating kids, I will never know! We had a pedophile elder too, he would tell the Hall how he had searched the "sex offenders data-base to make sure our young ones were safe" while he hung around with fatherless boys.
It's easy to get away with wrong doings in the Congregation, dubs are under the assumption they have the best of the "spiritual world", they have "a brotherhood on earth that is only getting better", "trusting witnesses are willing to think, if he or she has a title, Jehovah must be using them, even if the witness was a victim by the pedophile as a child." The religion teaches "Jehovah does not allow badness and it's quickly removed, that's the biggest lie taught by the Org." That's what has caused the most pain and suffering by heineous men and women, who prey on young and old weak ones!

How stupid I was to believe there was something special about elders, minsterial servants and Pioneers. I deserve a "dunce-cap", my first awakening of the limitations of men was one of the elders had a "black-book" and was screwing lots of sisiters (except his wife), his wife stayed with him for twenty years "nobody believed his was capable of doing this, he was such a nice guy, he did the parts nobody want's to" because had no money, she was stuck! Jehovah finally exposed him after he gave his wife HIV, the fine elder was bi-sexual and finally confessed his sins after testing positive 1990s time frame.
A real estate developer (one of the most crooked men) clean out the savings of many dubs, "he's a brother so he must be good?" It took years to get rid of this obvious thief, the dubs are not good at seeing conmen coming their way. Titles like "Elder, MS or Pioneer" scrub the R/F of any thinking power, the assumption "all JWs are good or Jehovah would send them packing" has destroyed lots of life-savings, homes and families.
One of the local congregations have their wine drinking parties, getting drunk with your entire elder body is priceless! What does this say about the health of the Organization when entire elder-bodies are drunks? Jehovah is going to punish these jokers, who play roulette with the lives of Jesus little sheep!

our literature regulary spoke of the upbuilding talk the local congregations received by entertaining our brothers.
now some of the modern cos look at their telecommunication devices, talk of things not related to our ministry or phone it in.

Longhairedgirl, I think you really understood my situation of taking out two sets of couples, it sucked and was my last time! They don't wan't cheap fast food, it's not good for their special diet, so we take them to a seafood cafe "Fried halibut and chips, with clam chowder (so healthy, right?). One time I got stuck paying $350 for eight people, I felt stupid and burned! The TO I invited, get this! He invited the (battle-ax DO) because it slipped eight hundred people's minds, the DO needed dinner(nobody wanted to take this arse out). So, next my kind CO invites a long-lost missionary couple (no money to their name) and he tells me, "I sure would love a steak, it's been some time since I've eaten one." I was royally screwed, steaks, snacks, drinks and people ducking out on the bill. Expensive experience I hope to convey to any young JW who lurks here, and thinks he might enjoy the company of a traveling overseer.
Over the years, I had good ones and bad ones, I got stuck frequently with nastys "I would receive a phone call two hours before lunch with a panicky elder, begging for me to take CO-McRude out to lunch." Panicky-elder and me were the only ones who took the couple out to lunch, that speaks volumes when a Kingdom Hall of 150 people won't sign up for lunch-duty (So much for a loving and self-sacrificing brotherhood!).
The rule spoken by "elderite" is top-knotch! Never take out the CO and the DO at the same time, even if they beg you to do this, you will pay $150 (low estimate) to listen to "shop talk", if getting to know your local CO was your goal, don't take two TOs out! The brothers and sisters were good about preparing good meals at home, and then some clowns started to push "eating out", complaining "it takes too much time for the busy-TO to get to the friends house, say pray and eat the meal with eight friends around a table." instead kiss-ass elders pushed to take the TOs out to nice lunch establishments, another way to take the humanity out of this religion!
