i have been pondering over the demands made by the governing body for absolute loyalty and unquestioning obedience to their interpretation of scripture.
is this a reasonable request and is it in line with scripture?
alternatively is there in fact a scriptural defence for taking personal responsibility for beliefs and having a questioning attitude when being told what is to be believed.. there are ample scriptural warnings about trusting in men psalm 146 v 3 warns us not to put our trust in nobles or earthly men and galatians 1 v 8 goes even further stating that even if an angel were to preach to us something contrary to the teachings of christ it should be ignored.
They "catch-all phrase" is "wait on Jehovah even if the Slave appears to be wrong or unBiblical!" If the Slave is being unBiblical, is that not a warning for us to call to mind Galatians 1, Revelation 2, Acts 17, Psalms 146:3, Acts 5:29?
If we were to free all the JWs were would they go? Would they feel they had no purpose in life and become greatly depressed even more than many of them are acting now?

Steve, there a thousand of them at Instagram and if ou find the right threads they will piss you off by their arrogance. They attack Christendom, attack Christians for their lack of Bible knowledge and following their minsters without thinking for themselves. Do you see the irony of these jokes, they don't realize they condem themselves for the very same thing they condem other for.
Ray Publisher would love this site, I know how he loves the great rational thinkers on JW-Talk and their way of following the logical outcome of their new lite! :) I do not have the patience for piousneers and holy JWs who think their crap don't stink.
I get into enough trouble defending brothers and sisters who leave the Organization for a better life. It must be nice to live in a Glass House like most JWs do so they can create funny little digs at other religions on JW-Talk and Insta-garbage.

Nepal Horse Race
Looking at the photos of the Nepal racers and the Mongolians above them, can you see any resemblance to the ancient Mayans and other Indians who lived in the North through South American Continents? I heard a story about a group of old Japanese and Chinese men who were working in the 1850s+ rail-roads and encountered a group of Indians in the Mexico-USA border. The Indians were impressed by the older Japanese men who looked like their elders and had skin of the same color. The story I heard does on the say the older Japanese men were able to communicate, some how the words must have remained the same? It's a strange story and blew my mind when i heard it.
The Indians treated the Chinese and Japanese men like they were part of their culture, the way the story was told by my friend it gave me shivers thinking of possibilites of this.
I link the mystery of the Mongolian people, "throat singing", Nomad tents and many other interesting ideas. I saw some photos of these really thick fur small horses the Mongolian people use today, the horse is still a viable means of transportation, using to grind down grains and many other uses. I had horses, been thrown by them but I think I am too old to ride them now. Leave them for the next younger generation to ride. They are a creature of wonder and power!

Why is it so hard for the Watchtower Scholars to accept YHWH loved his Son so much and he exalted Jesus Chirst above all other names in Heaven? Early Christians were given this title by the Holy Spirit, by what authority did Judge Rutherford have the right to usurp Jesus Christ's proper role with all mankind?
This is week two without much talk of Jesus Christ or Christianity and the real message the early Christians preached. The more you learn about their real message, the more it diverges from the Sales Practices and money schemes the Watchtower tests out on it's own people They only care about money and blind obedience to their eight apostles.

I know a couple of "trouble shooting" elders still chasing their tails. Six apostates emerged from their Kingdom Hall and they know of three of them and the rest faded and are living off the Watchtower Grid.
When was the last time you had a Shepherding Call or had some caring elder call you to see how you are doing with meaningful conversation? Elders and Ministerial Servants are trying to keep their own heads afloat which does not bode well for the congregations they serve. How can a man supervise the congregation or Flock, when they are living in total chaos or denying the mental illness a good portion are battling with? I am willing to wager he is not there to clean up the Kingdom Hall or bring any meaningful changes to your Kingdom Hall unless there is a "splinter cell of Apostates".
Gossip and conspiracy theories abound when a high ranking player like my big brother moves into a Kingdom Hall. They can be used to help with the books or motivate the Congregation but often, in my experience (I am sure other elders who served over thirty five years here can agree) they moved there for no "clean up" or "shake up" only to live!
There is only one congregation I was in that blew up (Avila Beach) and I left that Kingdom Hall when I saw the writing on the walls years before it was disolved and people were sent to San Luis Obispo, Grover Beach, Ocean View. When the CO told me "If you don't like what's going move!" that was my que to leave the snake infested Avila Congregation.
In my experience we have had people move out from Bethel to live in our area because they love the weather after giving a talk. Special Pioneer-Elders, Circuit and District Overseers move into the area and it still does not mean "evil is lurking and a witch hunt is about to erupt".
The average publisher rarely sees all the hell busting loose behind the scences, please don't worry about this because it sucks to get your hopes up high! love and joy be with you!

lost, are you a equine man? The horses the inhabitants of the Gobi desert are very intriguing and must be very old stock. The Mongolians have been using the horse for thousands of years, the breeds are very small when you compare them to European Horses.
