it was held at the santa clara convention center in the silicon valley http://www.santaclara.org/conventioncenter/ which is an improvement over the old s.f.

So much for the "Holy Spirit" cleaning out anything that threaten's the continuity of Jehovah's Earthly Organization.
Assembly's are one of the most powerful gathering to create even more doubts that are plaguing the thinking dubs minds. How do you think I felt when I saw elder "most-holy-pious" giving a talk? I know things the friends don't know (his fetish for porn, pathological liar, thief, crook, deeply evil), their holy man does in private, his public drunkeness does cause anyone to bat an eye. His wife is a very freaky bird, she has this strange relationship with her older brother that creeps me out (french kisses him) yuck!
I think Jehovah is giving all his people a clear sign of his is rejection of this self-appointed Slave. The large amount of fraud that exist in "Field Service Reports", the ghoulish drones trying to obey the flickering signal Patterson is beaming out!
Jesus Christ is alive and well, he is the mediator of all mankind and Jehovah can save anyone, anywhere! I think of Rehab who Jehovah saved, Jehovah showed mercy on the Gibeonites (I could see the righteous elders trying to kill them! overstepping Jehovah and Jousha's commanments made with the Levites).
I am tired of hearing how good JWs are, maybe real "Witnesses of Jehovah" are very good people, I don't find this in the Watchtowerites.

Our Lord said we would be hated for "telling the truth" "bearing witness against false men", stick to your Bible based facts and you will be ok. Your in my prayers, please remain calm, kind and respectful with a spirit of love! Allow your accusers to bring forth their evidence and work on each point at a time. Don't allow anyone to throw out two or three mattters at once, it's only going to confuse you and dilute the issues. Stick to one issue and ask for time, if you need to gather more facts to defend yourself.

All the vacant jobs were filled with Pioneers, Auxillarys and Regular lay-people dubs and everyone lived happy ever after."
Problem, posting a "Help Wanted" in the Classifieds Sections of a paper requesting you be a certain religion, poses legal problems.
The Nazi War Hero: A traveling overseer was going door to door accompanied by an elderly brother, after receiving a "brush-off" by the angry householder, she complains "You Jehovah Witnesses don't go to War! What if the Nazi's had one the War in WW2, I lost five sons in battle for your freedom! You need to be ashamed of yourselves for sitting back while my children paid the blood-price."
The elderly brother who was silent during the whole time, stops following the lead of the TO who is walking away from the door. Eldery brother says "Guten Morgen Frau Jones, es tut mir leid, verlieren Sie Ihre Söhne im Krieg(good morning mrs jones, I am sorry you lose your sons in war!)
I fought in World War 2, I killed twenty men with my bare hands and personally decorated by Hitler. I was your religion during the "Great War", you should have prayed I was a Jehovah Witness, maybe I kill your sons, maybe not, if all were JWs during WW2 your sons still be alive?"

Flying money in the wind

The burning matress was made of aspestos, your earlier question? Oregon and Northern California has their fair share of "screaming, yelling, cursing, flying, levitating-mattresses that "spit and hissed", refused to burn until a prayer was said by the annoited.

Could you live with not talking to your JW family for the rest of your life?

as lady-lee wrote about oompa, i thought of this topic, the society says "this is their way to get wrong doing people to return to the loving arms of jehovah after they repent of their sins" .
i know of men and women who are in good standings and hate their fellow spiritual jw family, i am willing to bet, wager that "jw-hatred" exceeds the worlds hatred, something about a self-assured group versus the "not so self assured' creates one plucked up structure.

I know of men and women who are in good standings and hate their fellow spiritual JW family, I am willing to bet, wager that "JW-Hatred" exceeds the Worlds hatred, something about a self-assured group versus the "not so self assured' creates one plucked up structure. JW-Hatred is absolute, when a person sins against one of the "most holy jws, all hell breaks loose!" Pioneer vs Pioneer, super spiritual family vs super-spiritual family, one thing I have learned, JWs are the best grudge keepers of all religions!
What of the brothers and sisters who were stumbled by wicked men and women? What of the countless errors made by men who assume the role of secondary-mediator? Jesus said we would loose family, friends for obeying his words, what have we done by following men's commandments as God's written rules? A large group of our friend here are going through this nightmare, and the heartless, devoid of mercy "apostles of new york" don't care, they want you to submitt your Christian freedom and obey them. I am pondering this question as it's the next logical step in my personal Road Map over the next year.
My JW family are some of the most wicked men and women, worse than all my worldy friends I gave up for all the elusive good friends and family I would inherit once I became part of the "group". I am tired of all the judgemental kooks whose family lives are so screwed up, yet they are ready to point out what they preceive I am doing wrong. I grow restless with emotionally, spiritually and mentally sick people ruling the Island. So far I don't miss these people, is there something odd with me?
