  Yeah Duval St. Its kinda of another Bourbon St. NO. Marqueritaville! Lots of good music, Jimmy Buffett got a good restaurant on Duval st. Take a sight tour on a bus, It don't cost much. I like it in the winter, my wife says its too crazy. Watching the sunset is a tradition there. Hotels? Humm. After what you've thru Brother, go south get warm! Insearchof......

  Telling the congregation monkeys {overseers) gets you nowhere. Poor brother textured the bathroom walls cause he had to wait. Told those congregation monkeys to paint over it and they just wanted to argue. I had fun time messing with them.

  If There was a Cosmic Pain meter...

  imagine that it was possible to precisely measure the amount of suffering in the world at any given moment - a cosmic "pain meter".

  decide for yourself what the unit of measurement would be.. we can only imagine a fraction of the combined suffering that is being felt right now.

  physical pain, emotional despair, grief, desperation, loss, terror and hopelessness.. of course if there is an omniscient god then he knows to the last iota what that theoretical meter would read right now.. the bible contains a number of answers to the question of suffering - ever since the babylonian exile one popular answer has been to blame his nemesis the devil, "we know that we are children of god, and that the whole world is under the control of the evil one.

  I'm an optimist. If There is a Cosmic Pain meter, Then common sense, mankind should have a Cosmic Relief meter. With all the highs and lows of this life, I hope to have a good opinion about God before I die....

  Blood double standard in my own JW family??

  i cants figure out my dad!

  he is a hardcore jw (elder since 1984) i am also a current ms but just waking up.

  my father went back to our country of origin and he is currently serving in an isolated area with my mom.

  Welcome Suavojr, Good to hear your family are doing fine. Glad you are waking up! Thoughts: Leave the 607, blood thing alone since he's hardcore about it. Being out of the country also makes it more challanging. You may know this already, but on pg. 159 of the revelation climax book is a subliminal image in Jesus right hand that is so obvious, check it out! plus theres many more.
