WT SHUNNING POLICY: What has it done, or could it do to you?
by flipper inhi y'all, this is mrs. flipper.
please share your experiences with this, or possible consequences of being outed.. this recent controversy and resulting arguments all stem from people being outed - possibly losing friends and family because most jw's will blindly follow the watchtower's rules to shun them.. among people i know and experiences read here, the grief and loss caused by this is terrible, and maybe now is a good time to put up some experiences here, and put the focus on the worst villians of all - wt policymakers..

Hey Flipper, I was in Walmart the other night and a old friend (an elder) was working his night shift, I saw him, he saw me and I tried to get my hand up to wave at him but just couldn't follow thru so I just went on shopping. Well a disfellowshipped sister was getting off work there and she always gives me a hug and has a lot to say (a real good person)..Next day I was visiting her son talking bout work ect. and she stopped by, she said that on her way out of the store she wished him a good night (not knowing he's a jdub) he said, I won't talk to you cause your not in the congregation, surprised.. she said you're a witness!..well DON'T have a good night...LOL...she turned it around....peace out Bro.....insot4

Apostate books
by search4truth inafter learning ttatt attending meetings is real pain for me but have no option other then participate.
since many jw use mobile devices during meetings i use them too.
but instead of wt or bible study book i read apostate books like raymond franz books ,captive of concept etc.it helps a lot to survive 2 hours of boredom.

Welcome search4truth.....totally understand, its not at all easy. But at least you get to read something interesting, parts of it at least.....I used to make dumb looking faces or hold my nose when most elders would have a part. It was the only way I could deal with the boredom. One day that exit sign will say its time to go 4 good! in the meantime keep your cool.....cool name you got.....insearchoftruth4

apologies for not checking in sooner, i have been so busy with the new job, and by the time evening comes i am so exhausted to log in from my laptop (that is sooooooooooooo slow).
update: job is going well - i'm back in sales and with the community newspapers known as the fever.

This pisses me off big!! As soon as he gets off the stage I'd stuff fresh dog shit in his mouth...make him swallow it all..thats why I cannot go to any JW convention or meeting. I'd end up in jail over these f---krs, in the moment of anger.... ugh..
