The contribution of the ORIGINAL GB to the feeding of the sheep among the nations is the Christian Greek Scriptures, that's all we need, along with the Spirit of Christ to live a Godly life. Check out those who do not feed from the water of life in revelation 22:17, it's those involved with ungodly living... NO DOCTRINES OR ESCHATOLOGY MENTIONED HERE AS A CRITERIA.

I think I stumbled onto the eventual plan for the governing body teaching today.....
by EndofMysteries inon the jw.org site, look at the 2/1/2012 public wt, page 27 of the pdf...section 4"how are jehovah's witnesses organized today".
if anybody noticed, i mentioned i thought that no mention of 'faithful and discreet slave' possibly since 2010 in the public placed wt's.
i've read all of them backtracking to 2/1/2012 so far, and so far, my suspicion has proven true, no mention.

Thanks so much for you reply. I have gravitated towards a Partial Preterism / anmillinisium as regards escathology. However as you said, this should not be how Christians are judged as been completely correct in anything else other than how Christ gives us new life now to overcome Satan, sin and death in the work of salvation in us, by means of our participation in his death and resurrection.

i've got a jw at my house right now (unexpectedly) who is talking to my husband.
he keeps on bringing up that only jw's have universal love....that if you go anywhere in the world, you can mention you're a witness & you'll automatically be welcomed and accepted by fellow jw's.

If being baptized into Christ makes one a Christian on a very personal level, then being baptized into any organisation is NOT Chrsitian and totally opposed to the original teaching of the "Governing Body" under the apostle PAUL....Truth is eternal, never changes......1 Corinthians 1:12-13
