A Tribute to Rhona Johnson

though she lived in perth, australia, we often kept in touch, because i have many friends over there... having spent 2 x 3 weeks there in the 80s helping ex-jws to get along and iron out their differences (over the pentecostal issues).
but i met a lot of great people.. i'd love to live there.. .

one is from bex, a former jw in my area who passed away on 12/31.
dated from 8/10, her last words to me were, fade well.. .

GENEVA — It helps solve one of the most fundamental riddles of the universe: how the Big Bang created something out of nothing 13.7 billion years ago.
In what could go down as one of the great Eureka! moments in physics – and win somebody the Nobel Prize – scientists said Thursday that after a half-century quest, they are confident they have found a Higgs boson, the elusive subatomic speck sometimes called the "God particle."
The existence of the particle was theorized in 1964 by the British physicist Peter Higgs to explain why matter has mass. Scientists believe the particle acts like molasses or snow: When other tiny basic building blocks pass through it, they stick together, slow down and form atoms.
Scientists at CERN, the Geneva-based European Organization for Nuclear Research, announced in July that they had found something that looked like the Higgs boson, but they weren't certain, and they needed to go through the data and rule out the possibility it wasn't something else.
On Thursday, they said they believe they got it right.

voting 4 times per day sometimes they will whittle down the list of those names god is whispering in their ears.. from the usa, cardinals dolan and mahoney can only be described as giddy with their rock star like status tweeting the faithful back home the day to day excitement surrounding the conclave soon to be in session.. sort of a modern play on scissors paper rock or telegraph it takes several attempts to listen to god's choice and then the white smoke appears.. the gb must be taking a keen interest in this fascinating process of dupping millions of believers and wondering- how can we get away with this too.

If 1914 is wrong then how is it that it was such a landmark year?
by awakening inthis is the question that came up in my mind.
now dont get me wrong i know the dates from 607 - 1914 are rubbish, but how would you explain to a witness when they will automatically say, look at the momentus year 1914 was.
that is evidence enough that 607 is correct!.

There is more evidence in pointing to 70 AD as being "what was expected by the WBTS in 1914", considering in DID happen within ONE GENERATION of Christ's time.
