because i'm so integrated into things including certain tasks which i can't say as it would be a dead giveaway i find myself constantly bombarded by things.. i'm literally a lying every day.
I feel with you. I'm looking for a way to fade, but at the moment: no chance. I can't step down, this will make to much noise. I have make them to kick me for a stupid reason (not enough hours or so). But until today, nothing works. It's so bad.

did any one notice that the monthly broadcast on jw tv is being treated like a meeting similar to the old book study arrangement?.
at our kh, in uk, all congregations meeting at the hall have a monthly arrangement for this.
some have a group arrangement and alternate between family homes to watch the broadcast and some use the kh on weekends.. this arrangement in our congregation, at least, is being treated as a meeting for each of the groups.
Not such an arrangement in my cong. But I hear about something like this. If anybody ask, I tell them I like to look it for my own, it's better to follow and I can stop in between and think about it. I only read the summary on the websites, so I'm mostly up to date.
But seeing Lett perform the show in the hall or with a group of dubs, it's more then I can take.
I think, nearly all congs got a beamer or videoscreens, so we will have more and more broadcast-style meetings.
have you noticed how witnesses feel that they need to use an "excuse" or "reason" for any big personal decision they make?.
for instance, if they want to move to another part of the world it is "to serve where the need is greater, or to help the truth" (rather than "we just wanted to move to....because we have always wanted to live there").
or if they want a holiday many will say "oh we will "help the local brothers while we are there..." .
It's a way to cover my life.
Holidays: I need it because there's so much stress at work and in the cong. Need to recover. Don't preaching and don't argue with this.
Big car: it's better for preaching, help brothers and take people to the cong.
Big flat: better for inviting brothers and sisters.
Give up CLAM-membership: have to care for an older sister and not sure if I can be present every time.
But a lot of dubs hide the materialistic world behind such phrases, yes. If they move to an other place in the world, they mostly uber-dubs which not able to live a normal live.
the wife leaves it all around, not sure if this is by design i don't think so since the return to jah brochure was never left out.
it drives me a bit nuts but haven't done anything about it.

At the moment I have to. Yes, it's hard. Its part of my plans I work at the moment, I hope I have to step down the next time. Will make them kick me to start my fade and not to step down on my own. Should be a very cool WTF-moment in the cong. Until this happens, I try to wake up others. At this moment it worked!

I think you can't discover every awoken. I hope so, don't crush my plans of fading. I have to attend the meetings (MS) and so I fake a big part of it. But from the outside I look perfect: coloured WT, some text on the side (BS means biblestudy, please don't missunderstand.), answers,...
If you know me, you only know I'm a critical thinker, sometimes very critical. But unless you know me very good, you think I'm full in. I hope there a lot of people in the cong awoken but to afraid to show it.
can someone tell me the scriptural basis (according to jw's) for shunning disassociated ones.
only asking because i don't remember (probably wasn't that interested) i'm sure the shunning in the scriptures was just applied to disfellowshipped.
