I'm sure we'd all get our families together to support them and try to wake them up fully if they hadn't already due to the collapse. Time would be of the essence as I have no doubt what OUTLAW says would happen. One thing is for sure, it would be the saddest victory party on earth for ex-dubs.

Partaking of emblems

this year will be my first for by going to the memorial.

i will get asked by my parents how i can deny jesus even if i don't believe the end is close.

my thoughts on this are as follows, bear in mind saying it's all make believe is not an option.. i think that jesus intended for everyone to eat the bread and drink the wine.

i knew i had a couple of firearms around the house, and one in the car.

however, i didn't realize i had seven, yes, seven of them, when i proceeded to count them.

the reason for that is that i haven't gone to the shooting range in years.

A faded JW about to see the Circuit overseer

so my mum who is in and really is finding it hard that i have left and faded.

shes asked me if i want to the the circuit overseer next week.. i have never met him and this is more my mum wanting me to get my problems i have with the organisation out.

but should i share everything i've learnt or what?.

Loud Fence [s]

hi all, whilst i have been a member of this forum since 2004, i have slowed down in my visits and comments.

i have called in to ask if there has been any discussion on the "loud fence" campaign that is to be seen vividly around our home town of ballarat victoria australia?

there are many catholic institutions around this town that have had ribbons of many colors looped onto their fences in support and acknowledgment of child rape/abuse and also as survivors.

I think it's a beautiful idea. I would physically support this if I wasn't living abroad at the moment. Maybe you can lead the way and pop it on youtube for others to follow and catch-on. I know John Cedars on youtube did a memorial last year but it was for all people who had been harmed by watchtower. I think he did it on July 26th. He laminated posters and stuck them on the railings of a few kingdom halls. But something more eyecatching like balloons or ribbons might work well with a note on. The JW's will rip them off though, I'm sure. Maybe you should post on exJWreddit also. Maybe you can send a message to the youtubers and leave a message on the comments to bring attention. Good luck with this. I wish I wasn't stuck in a country that has no Jdub halls at the moment or I would be out doing bits and bobs like this.

I'm new here but we have a few things in common from what I've read from your story. Looks like you have tonnes of support here and quite rightly so but if ever you need anything, just shout. I'll have your back! Whatever you need okay. Fight for that 11 year old girl! I'm proud of you! I'm sure everyone is! Get those shoulders straight and that chin up - THEY are responsible and THEY need to pay! Nobody made them set the rules that they did, THEY wrote them. They stand by them because guarding their money is more important than lives. They can't change them as to do so would be to open a floodgate of people suing. That's their doing. They are money men. Not holy men. They lie on oath. This is their lesson to learn from, not yours. Now school them! The ARC is there for YOU, lawyers, therapists etc. are there for YOU and we're here for YOU! Use us all as much as you need and when you need. NO guilt! NONE, okay?
