I don't know if this has already been sugessted over here. If it has, then I appolige. But the news article involving the death of the little girl by her JW parents. Over at another webb site, we have been sending in e-mails to the news paper, informing them how abuse like that is common in several JW homes, at the KH, and assemblies. Here is the link to send in your letters. If enough of us do this. Hopefully it will force something to happen.

I don't know if any one has already said this. But to the JW parents who beat and killed their children. Perfect Justice will be done when they go to prison. Because they will get the crap beat out of them when the other prisoners hear of them killing and beating up their children.

You got me to thinking about my sister's wedding. Kind of an odd situation. But let me try to explain it to the best of my ability. My sister is now married to my husband's brother. This still burns me to this day when I think about it. She asked me to be her maid of honor. Our sister and sister in law to be the other females in the wedding. I forgot the term, they are called. First of all she gets married to this guy, because she feels sorry for him. He never had any luck with the sisters at the KH. The reason for that, he is a controle freak. They always break it off when he tells them who they can and can not see. And what they wear. The night before the wedding they have a rehearsal. Later I learned that they had a rehearsal dinner, and I was not invited. Every one else was. Then the next day, I go to pick up my sister to go to the KH for the wedding. She is standing out side, the location where the reception is going to be at. She is there all alone. I asked where is the people, who are to help put this place together. She said, "I forgot." So I make some phone calls, and get that taken care of. I make a call and ask the groom, if he would come over and help out a little. He said he would be over as soon as possible. After a while we leave to go to the hall, and the groom (this was an couple of hours after I called him) demanded to know where we had been at. By this time I was getting pissed, big time. So I told him off. The wedding, and the reception went on with out any more problems. Lets just say that was the LAST wedding I have ever been to. That was 6 years ago.

I was married a little over 8 years in a KH. I also had recorded almost every thing the wedding talk, and most of the reception. Any way the elder that gave the wedding talk was very long winded. He is in all his talks. At the time, standing there, I was thinking, "Man I will be glad when this is over". My feet was getting very sore. Then about 1 1/2 years later I got my revenge on the elder for giving such a long drawn talk. I would have done it sooner, but I moved away. So happen the congeration that I was at, got to build a new KH. And this elder happened to be on a building crew. So as a friend and a good christian, I let him and his family stay at my home during the buildig project. I asked him if he would like to watch my wedding video. Of course he said yes, because he was basicly the one doing all the talking during my wedding. (If you are wondering how long it lasted, the talk lasted 45 minutes.) After he was finnished watching it, he looked at his wife, and then me. He said, "I did not know I could be so long winded." And he asked his wife if he did that on all his talks, and she said yes dear, you do. He said that he would try to work on it, but that I don't know. Because I have not heard of any of his talks since then.

To me, it was not the assemblies that I met guys. It was the KH builds. I was on the crew for nearly 4 years. My career ended when I snagged my man. he he he. But before him, I worked with some of the HOTTEST brothers, some single, some not. But I remember one single brother that I use to work with. My friends saw him, eww la la. Tall, dark, and very hansome.

The term miracle, that was the word that was used. When I think of the word miracle, I don't think divienly helped out by God. But as something that survied, that normally would not have.

I came across a very nice story, and wanted to share it with every one. It comes from this link http://animal.discovery.com/news/reu/20011015/cat.html
Cat Survives New York Disaster
Oct. 18 — A miracle kitty survived 18 days without food amid the debris of ground zero, according to the New York Post.Emergency workers rescued Precious the cat from the debris-covered roof of a damaged apartment building across from the World Trade Center. The 9-pound Persian suffered eye injuries, burns to her paws and smoke and dust inhalation.
But the feline was able to stay alive by lapping puddles of contaminated rainwater. "It's unbelievable. It's a miracle. I can't believe she's alive," D.J. Kerr, who owns Precious, told the paper. She and her husband Steve were out of town when the Twin Towers collapsed, blowing out the windows in their loft and filling it with flying glass, metal, dust and smoke.
A house sitter had been due to arrive at 10 a.m. that morning to take care of Precious, who had never been outside before. The Kerrs figured Precious was a goner, especially since their seven-story building at 114 Liberty St. was damaged and will be unfit for occupancy for at least nine months.
But earlier this month, rescuers, responding to a report of a cat crying, used a recovery dog to corner the injured and terrified animal on the cluttered rooftop. They then brought her to the nearby Suffolk County SPCA van, which had been treating rescue and search dogs for exhaustion and exposure, the paper said. Suffolk SPCA chief Roy Gross called Precious' survival "miraculous."
"This is the first good story we've heard," said Gross. "She has sores on her mouth from drinking out of puddles. She's dirty and dehydrated and her eyes were injured, but she's going to be OK."
"She lost two pounds and her little paws are burnt on the bottom because the top of the building was so hot, but she's going to live," Kerr said with a smile.

I almost forgot, I also had a moment after I had children. At the time I had a new born, and a 2 years old. My husband was not with me that night. I was trying to handle the new baby, when my 2 year old got up and started to run around the KH. No one stopped my child, so there I was chasing him around the KH. If you think that was bad, well lets just say he did it 2 more times. I was so humilated, that I just picked up my children and left.

My moment at the KH. Well it all started because the brothers would not call on me to give answers. I would raise my hand a number of times, but they would not pay any attention to me. This went on for several weeks. After a while I was getting pissed off, because I was not called to answer. So I said to my self, "OK, IF THOSE BUTT HEADS AIN'T GOING TO CALL ON ME, THEN I WILL WEAR THE MOST BRIGHTEST COLOR I CAN FIND." And I did exactly that. For the Theocaratic/Service meeting, I wore the most brightest orange sweater that I could find. It was a neon orange color. I mean that sweater would glow, it was so bright. Well when I got into the KH, and before I could take off my coat, a brother came up to me and said, I have this part for you to do tonight. Man was I floored. I had no choice, but to do the part. If you was wondering, the part had to deal with a FS setting. Lets just say, that I was DEFENTLY the center of attraction on that stage. After the meeting was over I had an elder ask me why I wore such a bright sweater. I told him I had no choice, because you guys did not give me any notice on my part. And I was tired of not being called to give answers also. Lets just say 2 things happened as a result. 1. They started to give at least a weeks noticed, to the person on any meeting parts they may have. 2. I never had a problem being called on again, after that.
