  i guess you can be physically out, like in a huge way, but definitely mentally in.. serena williams claims she won't be celebrating her daughter's first birthday.. i did know people like that, raised as a jw but never actually baptizing.

  that didn't mean they were not messed up in the head though..

  can one child in a thousand actually define the word or give the meaning of "allegiance?

  Through the pledge, Bellamy sought to define “true Americanism” against the rising tide of southern and eastern European immigrants “pouring over our country” in the early 20th century from “races which we cannot assimilate without a lowering of our racial standard.” Although Bellamy conceded that “the United States has always been a nation of immigrants,” he argued that “incoming waves of immigrants … are coming from countries whose institutions are entirely at variance with our own.”

  I see here a similarity in Australia ,in Victoria we have black African youth gangs committing violence ,robberies ,and not assimilating into society.They have become a real problem.

  We also have a problem to some degree with Muslim youths who will not, do not, assimilate into the Australian way of life and are ISIS sympathisers which is a bit of a worry.

  And it is now becoming evident that their are other Nationalities that are not assimilating into mainstream Australian life and if we are not careful we will end up with pockets of ethnic groups who will not assimilate and actually be in conflict with another ethnic group before long.

  Potential problems with races and cultures : Who are not assimilating.

  Muslims / Islam ,Chinese / religion ,Black Africans / Muslim /Christian. ,Jews who don`t assimilate and learn the English language.

  And I believe their are more that could be added to that list .

  Their are pockets of residential areas where each of these groups dominate to the exclusion of anybody else.

  Are we going to have ghetto`s of different races in Victoria ?Australia ? in the near future ?

  In which month did Jesus die?

  i am putting this out as an idea, as something to think about.. this assumes that the death and claimed resurrection of jesus has soteriological significance.

  i am not seeking comments on the veracity of that position, nor with endeavouring to identify any model that provides an "explanation".. i am simply asking, did jesus die in nisan (march/april = "easter") or would it have had proper soteriological significance if the events took place in tishri (september/october)?.

  is it possible - and i doubt there is any way of knowing - that the early christians found it useful to incorporate existing pagan "spring" festivals, as this enabled them to differentiate themselves from the jews' heavy focus on tishri?.

  Why aren't the JDubs receiving more bad publicity concerning the abuse cover-ups?

  i know that the jdubs think that they are the center of the universe and in actuality, no one except ex-jdubs gives a rats ass about these religious crazies.

  my question is i read that as a percentage of pedophiles per members, that the percentage is larger in the watchtower company than in the catholic church.

  i would think that would catch someones attention in the media and make a good story.. what really pisses me off is the watchtower cult is gloating about all of the negative press the catholics are receiving concerning pedophiles not even knowing that the jdubs have thousands of sexual abuse cases that have been covered over.

  Its a policy worldwide among the Jehovah`s witness religion that Elders ( 3 males ) covering child molestation cases in their judicial committee`s do not and have not reported these allegations to the authorities either child Protection or the Police.

  They fail in their Duty Of care to vulnerable children in their congregations Worldwide .

  Blood Transfusions

  take a wild guess who dreamt up the idea about no blood transfusions for jehovah’s witnesses in the first place?

  And Jehovah`s Witnesses ,young and old DIE for refusing blood transfusions all over the world.

  Thousands by all accounts since the ban was introduced only since the 1940`s

  Yet ,Jehovah`s witnesses ,young and old LIVE for accepting blood fractions that are a part of the blood that has been donated by a donor from a worldly person and is not a J.W. ....How ironic is that ?

  Blood fractions are a result from donated blood from donors to a blood bank that is stored and processed in a laboratory and separated into various fractions and then stored back in the blood bank for use when required.

  Jehovah`s witness / Governing Body belief is that blood should be poured out on the ground and not used in any way or form for anything else ,not even to be used as fertilizer in the garden.

  If you persist in using in using blood and bone in your garden you can be disfellowshipped.

  If you agree to accept blood fractions in a medical procedure , No problems

  If you agree to a blood transfusion you will be disfellowshipped .

  Jehovah`s Witnesses are just a small insignificant "weird" sect that have no influence in the real world of governance and politics which they shun.

  The Catholic church and its members however are a different kettle of fish.They are a major religion that has over a billion followers that are engaged in governance and politics and business and have huge a voting power in the community.

  Jehovah`s Witnesses are therefore a drop in the bucket of water compared to the Catholics.... Irrelevant ..

  
  

  For Doubter

  The ARC provided more than a thousand such cases of child sexual abuse within the Jehovah`s Witness religion over a number of years ,none of which were reported to the appropriate authorities by any of the 3 Elders that handle one J.C. let alone more than 1000 J.C. which relates to more than 3,000 Elders who were complicit in hiding the crime of sexual abuse of a minor from the authorities .

  These men should have the book thrown at them for failing duty of care of minors in the Jehovah`s Witness religion.
