n what sense was the apostle paul “caught away to the third heaven” and “into paradise”?—2 cor.

they've been flip flopping regarding this, stating that it is paul talking about himself to paul talking about the congregation and back again to paul talking about himself.it appears that three years ago david splane gave a talk during the convention explaining their latest ideas and it has taken all this time for it to get into print.

the present "spiritual paradise" among Jehovah's people;

If their is a present Spiritual Paradise among Jehovah`s people on earth then why are so many Brothers and sisters leaving ?

Why are their so many Child sexual abuse cases coming to the attention of lawmakers around the world ?

Why is their such a push for more "worldly Lucre" to fill there coffers?

Why are their so many marriage breakups among Jehovah`s Witnesses? stress and mental illnesses?

And why does the G.B. keep changing their mind about what is the "truth" using the excuse that its New Light ?

What is the second Heaven ?

Do we also have a first ,second,and third earth ?

we you still in the borg when you realized the new testament is about god and the jews and god and the church and basically this whole transfer process from jewish law to this becoming the new person in christ.

its rather weird i once believed in heavenly hopers and earthly hopers and faithful slave classes etc etc.

its seems like something from star trek.

From my perspective the new Testament is all about Christians witnessing too , for , and about Jesus Christ and his Kingdom that was to be preached in all the inhabited earth .

Nowhere in the New Testament is their anything about Jehovah`s Kingdom and Christians were never given any authority to preach about Jehovah`s kingdom a phrase that does not exist in the Bible or the New Testament.

Bumped Into One Of My Best Friends On The Carts This Morning

so this morning i'm walking to my office and there's the jws on their carts outside as usual.

and old sister, a brother in his 20s and an elder i instantly recognized from my jw days.

one of my best friends of about 20 years.. i genuinely just wanted to say hi as i havent seen him in 3 years.

Obviously P.E. you were one of his best "conditional" friends and when you didn`t measure up to his conditions you were no longer his friend.

Sad , but you are by far the better person by offering your hand in friendship without conditions attached.

Strange first names among jw's

i recall a " machlon" , "eunice" , even a "jehosafath".

This was a name of a guy I came across in research though he wasn`t a J.W.

His name was changed to "Yahweh Ben Yahweh" have you ever heard of him ?

Google the name. or Wikipedia the name.

i guess you can be physically out, like in a huge way, but definitely mentally in.. serena williams claims she won't be celebrating her daughter's first birthday.. i did know people like that, raised as a jw but never actually baptizing.

that didn't mean they were not messed up in the head though..
