i would like as many people that can, to respond to this appeal as i am sure their are many examples out their that may help lurkers and fence sitters to make a decision on where they stand regarding the "truth".

1963 resolution[edit]

In 1963 Jehovah's Witnesses adopted a resolution establishing the official view of the United Nations. The resolution was published in the November 15, 1963 issue of Watchtower. At 24 assemblies held throughout the year, a total of 454,977 convention attendees adopted the resolution.[6]

Regarding the United Nations, paragraph 5 of that resolution states, "the nations further refused the surrender of their sovereignty to God's Messianic kingdom by setting up ... the United Nations, ... This international organization stands for world sovereignty by political men. For years men without faith in God's kingdom have endeavored to get all people to worship this international image of human political sovereignty as the best hope for earthly peace and security, in fact, the last hope for humanity. To date 111 nations have given worship to this political image by becoming members of it. However, we, as witnesses of the Sovereign God Jehovah, will continue refusing to engage in such idolatrous worship."[6]

Their was also an article in JW`s publications WT ? that stated that the United Nations was set up as the Counterfeit Kingdom of God to take away emphasis from the Kingdom of God by Christ Jesus .

Where do Christians,Muslims and Jews think/believe Heaven is ?

in this 21st century with so many nations involved in space exploration sending satellite`s out into the far reaching` s of the universe and none have detected anything resembling what could be described as a heaven ,i`m just wondering how these 3 major religions that base their beliefs on sections of the bible would/could answer this question.?.

not only have these many satellites been deployed to various parts of our solar system but at least a couple have even ventured out of our solar system into deep space .. and none have encountered a heaven of any description.. your thoughts ?.

Myriads and Myriads of Angels ... What Do They Do?

i never understood this in my entire life in the borg.. who knows how many angels there are, millions, billions?.

an angel protected rahab when the walls of jericho fell.

then one angel killed 24,000 one night.. yet there seems to be this paranoia in the borg like the bunker video and the field video where jw's are under attack and apparently alone or at least it appears alone.. can't a few angels be put on overtime and protect the brothers from the potential "authorities" that wish to harm or eliminate them?.

Heaven can`t be all that its cracked up to be either can it ? Didn`t a third of the Angels rebel and side with Satan ?

Come to think of it what penalty have the Angels been given compared to what humans have suffered all of these millennium`s ?

Sickness,disease,death after a few years ,birth pangs,natures elements against them,judgement`s resulting in death by Jehovah,wars sanctioned by Jehovah resulting in death ,etc,etc. These are just some of the things humans have endured and their are plenty more afflictions that could be listed against humans because of their so called sin .

However the Angels have got off free of any penalty`s Satan in particular because they have had no such afflictions targeting them and they have had a free reign to carry on their work for millenniums.

And yet they were the instigators of humans sinning in the first place.

However according to the WT /GB the only thing Angels have suffered is their alienation from Jehovah`s grace or favour ?

Big deal.

It took me 33 years before I left and yes I Had warning signs long before that but chose to ignore them , silly me.

And it took me another twenty years for me to DA myself from them severing the ties on my terms not theirs.

Satan took Jesus up to a high mountain and offered him all the kingdoms of the world if he did obeisance to him

And then you have Rom:13 -1 That plainly states that God Jehovah is responsible for Governments of this world and whoever takes a stand against them takes a stand against GOD ,Jehovah .

No wonder Jehovah`s witnesses are afraid to try and convert Muslims in a strict Islam country knowing full well that 1 third of the worlds population has never been witnessed too despite what Jesus said .

Its now over 2000 years since Jesus gave that command and still nothing has changed Muslims in Muslim countries still haven`t heard this life saving message.

And their is no hope that they ever will.
