  Could/should JW Lawyer be punished for deceiving the Judge?

  in an attempt to disparage a faded jw and to obtain their personal details, he deceptively partially quoted a statement from the jw.borg web site to the new york judge when he wrote, .

  "disfellowshipping does not cause family relationships to be permanently lost: "the religious ties he had with his family change, but blood ties remain.

  the marriage relationship and normal family affections and dealings continue.

  It doesn`t appear like a JW Lawyer could be punished for deceiving or misleading a Judge .

  But they sure as hell should be prosecuted for deceiving or misleading a Judge or magistrate in a court of law.

  No wonder the law is often referred to as an ass when lawyers can get away with manipulating the system and getting off scot free for doing so.

  Word games ,word games ......so true it makes a mockery of the judicial system when they can get away with it.

  And get away with it they do .

  according to the resolution of the data protection agency, the information was used for other purposes than those authorized.. the data protection agency has imposed a fine of 10,000 euros to jehovah's witnesses for collecting data from doctors and patients without prior authorization.. the religious institution has a hospital liaison committee (ceh) in each province that visits the hospitals to find out the degree of collaboration of the medical staff according to the beliefs of the jehovah's witnesses, "which is only realization of surgeries without transfusions ", is included in the resolution of the agency to which medical drafting has had access.. when compiling these data, as demonstrated by the resolution, the members of the committees overreached their duties, gathering information without requesting the relevant permission stipulated by law.

  the jehovah's witnesses have filed an appeal after the ruling but it has not been accepted.. without consent.

  in the document, the existence of data that have been "stored and conserved, and imply the processing of data without consent that is imputed, estimating that they are part of a file, are related as rights basics".

  hi there this is my first post as i’m not sure what to do.

  my family (both sides) are well known in our circuit and very dedicated to the truth.

  but we’re relatively normal people and i love them all so much.

  Welcome CS79 this is a great place to be to help you with sound advice.

  JW`s have no qualms about using theocratic warfare so turn the tables and use it on them .They don`t need to know or for that matter have any right to know how you really feel about the religion ,the GB,whether god is directing the Org.or anything ,

  What you believe or don`t believe is your business and not anybody else`s .

  Be evasive and non committal in answering any questions you do not have to be truthful if its going to be against your own interests.

  Spiral sums it up quite well using other posters answers,and do not admit anything.

  The Roman Catholic Church is a significant religion of Christianity as the Pope the Vicar of Christ on Earth.

  With well over 1 billion members world wide. Everybody in the world is aware of who the current Pope is and he is recognized and accepted by Politicians and leaders of many if not all Countries in the world.

  And they have a strong power base for change with there vote in any given country

  Nothing of the sort can be said of any or even all collectively of the GB members of the religion of Jehovah`s Witnesses who are just a small sect with only 8 million + members with no political connections and virtually no recognition by anyone except there own members . And they do not have any influence at the polls because they do not vote.

  No Government leader or head of State would have any idea nor would they care to know who the Governing Body members are of Jehovah`s witnesses ,they are an insignificant small sect of Christianity.

  And at least pope Francis has made a statement however belated is willing to make a needed change.

  Even though it may only be a token change at present at least he is moving in the right direction.

  i think most of our imaginations of the new world was probably nothing like the watchtower reality.

  after all, we jws are very good at avoiding uncomfortable truths!

  you can tell micheal jackson was a certain type of jehovahs witness.

  Does anyone know how many kh's are/Have been sold?

  are we at least able to estimate?

  and where are the funds from these sales going?

  the official line is of course that it's to build halls in africa etcbut i don't believe it .

  I can`t say how many KH`s have been sold around the world by now but I`m sure its a bloody lot.And most if not all KH`s have been built with volunteer labor and in many cases donated materials all for free.

  When a KH is sold all of the profits go back to the USA HeadQuarters in other words the Governing body .

  How else can they fly all around the world and live like royalty without having to do a days honest work.

  'Spiritual food' and the global south

  i'm watching john cedars rebuttal of the annual meeting, and right at the start stephen lett starts going on and on about spiritual food, how nutritious it is, how filling it is, it comes across as weird but it doesn't help admittedly that the guy looks like bozo the clown forgot his act.

  but the thought just came to me as i'm eating dinner.. not everybody gets dinner.

  not everybody gets three meals a day.
